Chilled Pub environment with a comfortable dining area. Live TV, gaming machines and the rustic wall decorations contribute to an authentic ambience. The Pizzas are great! Very cheesey and reasonably big - you won't go home hungry. -1 ⭐ as vegetarian options yet no vegan options are given.

Great meal here the entree was nice I had the salmon it tasted like it had been frozen and was cooked a little too long but was still tasty then we had dessert and the brownies are amazing so rich tho, will definitely consider coming back again.

Very affordable, the staff are all friendly and helpful went for dinner last night the restaurant was warm clean and buzzing with people having fun. Everything thing was just ok. My roast pork with dry. But they didn't have it a problem at replacing my dish for something, as it was the last of the roast. Have been there before, maybe they had a off day. We were there during COVID-19

Pretty decent place to eat at for the price for brunch. Walked in and the place was empty except for an older gentleman, we were asked if we had a booking and we said no. I guess that is a common thing here, no matter if the place is busy or not, or depending on the day, you make a booking. Besides that the gal said no worries and seated us. We looked over the menu, the specials sounded good. But we went for the kiwi breakfast. 3-4 slices of lean bacon- was almost like thin slices of ham instead, a piece of hashbrown, a sausage- texture reminds me of a hot dog instead of sausage which is usually a little more course in texture, two eggs- fried, scrambled, or poached, and two small pieces of ciabatta that have garlic butter on them. Pretty tasty, you could taste the vinegar used to poached the egg, I think quite a bit was used in the water. The hashbrown was crisp. The bacon was soft. The sausage was okay, only ate about half. Hubby finished off all of his food. It was $31.80 for the two of us for brunch. Not bad. Service was really good. I wish I would have got the gal's name. Petite, mid height gal with dark hair, worked morning shift on Sunday. She came to check on us multiple times.

Kia Ora rā, just finished my meal. I ordered the Flintstone ribeye. Steak cooked to perfection medium rare, on steak fries and 2 runny eggs with garlic butter and mushroom sauce. It was absolutely delicious. $35. May seem a bit steep. But, trust me it will not disappoint. There is no doubt that I will be back.

Great bar cheap jugs watched the All Black's test there. Just 1 thing I bought a grabone burger voucher for 2 but I still had to pay an extra $6 on top which they should have just added this on but apart frm that burgers and chips were good and friendly staff I would recommend

Very nice food. We were a group of 4 and all enjoyed the meals including desert. The ribs are a very big meal. Service was pretty good. Good discount with gold card was unexpected but appreciated. The only thing dropping this review from a 5 was the flintstone steak was in the menu as a 300g steak but mine was a good bit smaller than that. It was however very nice and cooked perfectly for what I ordered with a very good pepper sauce

Been a few times. Today was the best yet. The lunch meals are $16.90 and very good quality. The chicken burger today was juicy and the chicken was nice breast meat. Sour cream on the zucchini fritters was ample! Well done bishop brothers!

Just had an amazing Sunday lunch in Bishop Brothers. I had the burger and chips. I'm really fussy about my burger but the one I got was delicious! My husband got the breakfast, he said it was really nice bar the sausage, he didn't like the quality of it. The waiting and bar staff were really nice and friendly. We would definitely come back

Great food. Amazing coffee. I had the eggs with hash brown and avocado. The eggs were perfect. Dad said his fish chowder was delicious. My sister had the BLT. I'm always impressed when the server doesn't use a pad of paper and there are changes to the menu made and the food comes out perfect. Will be visiting again

We want to thank the team at Bishop Brothers for such a gregarious gastronomic experience. We had a lovely lunch and we were thoroughly impressed with their scrumptious selection of foodie fare. I often like to share platters when we go out and the attentive waitress picked up on this vibe early in the course of our ordering. We could not have asked for a more professional and polished performance from this charming young lady. The facilitaties were impeccable and the background music was just rightly tuned without blowing the roof of the house. They even went the extra length to prepare a dish which wasn't on their brunch menu and this was greatly appreciated. I'd definitely love to return to dine during the evening. Their dinner menu and desserts sound as if they'd titillate many a taste bud. Well done guys.

We had the most amazing waitress. Her name was Brooke, she was so lovely. Meals great.Went with older parents and so much on the menu they wanted to try. Was great and will sure take thrm back. Once again , Thanks Brooke you are a star.

They stock the DB range of beers on tap and have a gaming room if that's what you fancy. Parking right at the door. Gurnard and chips for her whilst he tried the trusty bangers and mash.
