Just amazing. Really have been wanting to try out this burger joint and so glad I now have. Burgers were superb, good tasting, very flavorsome and not to greasey. Great setting. Loved every moment. The halloumi fries were to die for!

Highly recommend, food is very well priced for portion and quality. Service was great and very fast too. Staff checked vaccine passports and were all clearly adhering to hygiene rules and restrictions. It was fairly quiet but people were still being seated with a lot of space in between so social distancing was easy. Absolutely recommend the Post Fries they were awesome.

I have been to this restaurant on weekends and there are so many people, so I prefer to eat here on weekdays. I ordered a chicken and beef burger. The potatoes here are the most popular. I will try the ice cream here again. highly recommended.

Nice burger, had this in Ponsonby and Chch now. Both delicious, the service was fine, not remarkable but no issues. Couple of the waiters seemed a bit creepy but burger was all good 4/5 from us.

Went to Burger Burger today for lunch with my friend for a birthday meet up. I got the double beef and cheese burger with shoestring fries and a honey cola. Burger was fantastic, patties were delicious and best of all, they cooked it well done for me. Fries were good, no complaints there. Honey cola was kinda average, definitely wouldn't get one again. But hey, live and learn. I would definitely return to Burger Burger again.

Excellent location, Great decor and friendly staff. Loved my burger (double beef and cheese) and friend chicken. Recommend getting a selection of sauces on the side. Some constructive feedback: We were a group of 8 and were eating and drinking. Clearing the glasses and checking if we wanted refills would have got you another round or two from our group. I've been to Burger Burger in Takapuna and Ponsonby previously and it's great to see that the standard is equally high in Christchurch. I've had burgers in a lot of places and Burger Burger is simply the best. Basic ingredients, best quality produce made to perfection. I will add that the staff were friendly, service was swift, the Christchurch restaurant is well designed and funky and that there's even a little toy kitchen space for young ones. Exceptional! I can not recommended them enough.

Tried the cheese burger. It was okay but the bun was a bit soggy. I visited on 19/11 at about 12pm. It was the top bun that was moist which is why I found it odd since it couldn't just be from juices soaking through.

I mean, it's Burger Burger. Thank God it's finally in CHCH. I find nothing more satisfying than losing reasons to have to go to Auckland each year. Take note of the care put into the fit out. The ambiance of the room, lively but not too bright (building shape and acoustic treatment). Enjoy how integrated their digital specials board is with the surroundings. You won't find TV's playing sport or any other form of outdated "cultural lip service" here. This establishment is the result of bold vision, relentless attention to detail, insatiable expectations around consistency and the simple, unwavering focus of delivering best in class food and service.

Delicious food, in a really cool vibe of a place - plus the service is excellent. Great for groups or couples! I always go with the IPA (jug ;) ) and the Ol Smokey burger. You choose how you like it to be cooked (I tend to go with medium rare) and it always comes out perfectly. All around good value for money!

Burger burger is by far one of the nicest places in the city for burgers. The battered fish burger is really good, highly recommend getting it with a nice lager and a side of fries. Staff are always helpful and friendly, the venue can get quite busy on Fridays and Saturday’s but that is expected. Take aways are available plus they can cater to dietary requirements.

had chicken burgers and loaded frys, quality of food was average especially for the price. good sauces nice fresh buns etc but all the chicken on both the frys and the burgers tasted like burnt oil and was kind of chewy as if the vat was turned up to high, probably wont try again with other better options in the surrounding areas.

One of the best burgers I've had in Christchurch so far, and I eat a lot of burgers. The staff were friendly, the environment's clean. If you're craving a traditional American-style burger then this is the place to go. Their milkshakes are fantastic, as is the ice cream they have on hand. It's amazing to see Duck Island Ice Cream outside of Hamilton. I know Hamilton is a dirty word but Duck Island is arguably the best thing to come from Hamilton since Kimbra. Go here, get fat, be sassy.

Nice location, staff were friendly but no follow up after our order for drinks etc, clean & tidy, price wise it was a bit on the dear side for what you received. A 475ml beer $10 🍺, a handful of shoestring fries $8 🍟 , the Mc Fly fried chicken burger $18🍔. I was looking forward to this burger but unfortunately it didn't resemble the image on their site (yeah I know they never do), the chicken was a bit bland and lacked that crunch, assembly was lacking but other ingredients were nice, the bun let it down and was a tad dry. It was ok, will have to try one of their classic burgers or $20 combo meals to compare. Of course this is personal preference and a one time experience I'll have to go back 😁👍

These guys made our experience so easy and positive from booking online, through to the warm welcome we received. I cannot recommend the Christchurch team enough. We booked a table of 10 for my wife’s birthday, turning up with our craziness of a young family, along with my parents and Grandparents. They didn’t mind the noise, the jackets, the negotiations with young children at all. We left feeling relaxed - which is what every parent dreams of, in a dining experience for their family. With 4 generations at dinner, the wait staff were patient and friendly explaining all the different elements... what made it awesome on top of all of this? The food just topped off the amazing experience we received from the amazing team. Thanks for making a family dinner a really positive one for us as parents - we’ll definitely be back!

As a regular to Burger Burger CHCH I can honestly say the food never disappoints! The beer battered fish burger with pickles is a firm favourite of mine! As well as the tofu chicken in a bunnuce with added avo. I highly recommend the peanut butter and chocolate shake and the potato skins too! The staff are always so inviting and it is such a lovely environment to sit and catch up with friends. Thanks Burger Burger, its always a great time!

Love the decor! Really yummy cheeseburger, those pickles elevated it for me. Did find the fries a smallish serving for the price. My friend had the vegetarian burger and she really enjoyed it too, only problem was it got chucked out when she asked for a doggy bag, staff were very apologetic and fixed her up on the spot so we left happy. My only complaint is the lack of variety in the drinks menu, would have preferred a normal Coke or Lemonade, or even a juice but with a limited menu I just stuck to water. The staff were friendly but no check up or service after the main order was taken.

Burger Burger New Market is my favorite burger joint in NZ. CHC has a problem with their buns and cheddar. Bread was sweet and fluffy, cheese has that flat cheddar rather than the punchy tasty to go with the McLurre pickles. Patty was great. Fried chicken (hot) was next level, but really disappointed in the burger. Was hungry. Wife ended up not eating her burger after a couple of bites, took it home but it went in the compost. Manager gave us the Kumara fries for free acknowledged issues with local supply on the buns. Will have lost our business for a while.

My partner and I always visited when we travelled to Auckland and we were so pumped when we found out they were coming to Christchurch. The feel in the restaurant is great and the food has been top notch. We've been a few times and taken a fair number of people, some haven't raved as much as us but it's still a delicious meal and we've enjoyed every visit.
