S.The service was quite slow by most standards. Although I'm starting to feel that most of the drive-thru for these fast-food joints are being prioritized over their walk-in customers? Any insiders can verify on that? The redeeming grace is they have those self-dispensing soft-drink machines.
P.The place was very clean and tidy however my burger looked nothing like the advertising photo. Quality varies alot with their burgers. This one was more like a Macca's mash up.
Z.I believe the teller could further improve on her communication skill. She was not rude or anything like that. Butt she can be more attentive to her customer's questions. Not everyone understand what you are selling, especially when you have new product line. Be mindful that you are serving your customer even when you are tired. If I do receive the same treatment in future I will give them 1 or 2 star instead.

n.I never go to burger joints but stopped here with my kids. The young man on the till was very helpful & we enjoyed our stop thank u...they loved the frozen coke with zorbs... 😀

A.Can you beat Burger King? I don't think so. Great prices when you use their vouchers, and as I order sauceless burgers the food is always freshly made.
K.This place is on form when the two regular staff members are on, I'm not sure of their names but they have outstanding customer service, always disappointed in quality when they are not working tho
D.Good place for burgers chips and coffee/drinks. Found the customer service lacking. No friendly smile face etc. Not sure if we will go back soon.
M.So.. I'm a vegetarian right? After spotting a sing on the street where burger King is promoting the new burger, none other than the famous Whooper, but now with 0% beef. It is amazing that a big brand like BK is making this leap forward. Reducing the amount of beef is crucial towards a future where climate change is being dealt with.
This particular store is the same as the rest, good customer service, clean and tidy, etc, but good on BK as a whole for trialing this. I hope it stays food good.

C.Food was good however we had to go through the drive through despite the website and the poster on door stating opening hours. I understand that covid19 has an impact on this but would have been a lot easier to update the hours or actually open on time.
t.Our all time favorite place to visit. Hubby loves the barbecue burger and our little girl loves the chicken nuggets. Also, its less crowded so perfect if you want a little peace and quiet while eating with your little one.
A.Love the freshness of the food and the quality, waiting time is exceptable, staff were accomadating and friendly 😋

S.Enjoy the food and good menu with lots of variety. Reason for one less star is there is often a wait and check the order before leaving not right once. Overall good fast food.

C.As always you can count on consistency at BK's, those "flame grilled" beef patties always packing in that char-grill flavour, soft buns and can't forget the chunky slices of red onion and a thick slice or 2 of fresh red tomato, lettuce with a good spoon of mayo tops off a great burger, looks nothing like the polished, supermodel version photo of the classic 'Whopper' burger however most definitely delivers on taste, texture and satisfaction filling the belly with goodness if it was indeed a burger leaving you happy that you were looking for. The service is as can be expected from any drive-thru style restaurant, I never actually park and make the effort to stand in the cue while trying to make sense of the menu offering loads of combos, special and promotions - no thanks the simplicity and convenience of the tried and tested drive thru delivers every time, pays to be patient not every server or attendant has the same skills, some better at communicating than others some better at multi tasking but if you just smile and try and appreciate these guys work bloody hard at meeting the demands of all walks of life I find you usually receive great service. 4/5, almost perfect just looses a point as unfortunately they try and pack too much into one bag. Perhaps they could try separating meals? Appreciate they saving bags? Squashed BK's, lol, oh well still taste the same! The snack box meals great for kids, I always ask for 2 ketchup per meal and i think that's fair, better than being handed a random handful of far to many. Enjoy!
M.Dining area needs cleaning. No one to serve so staff could clean. Food was quickly served to order. Staff product knowledge not great.
