O.Great alternative to the shop across the road - comparatively uncongested, quick service. Great burgers, with a range of pricing /deliciousness although the basic burger is a good choice on both counts for me.

T.Great burgers from this shop. Pick from standard range or gourmet. They don't smother in sauce so the burgers very fresh contents taste comes through. Have had several burgers here...plus fish and kumara chips are well done as well.
T.On the odd occasion that we have take out meal I phone Burger Stop because they are so popular there is always quite a queue. They are are quick and friendly. Food has always been fresh and well cooked.

M.Waiting time was reasonable considering the numbers of orders and volume they were handling on a Sunday evening.
The fish was good, the chips a tad soggy and the burger was good, just lacking ketchup or anything to moisten the lot.
I would happily go back and I would recommend it to my friends.

M.Jimmy & his wife make the best burgers & Kumara fries in town, quite a nice idea to eat on the beach or cave rock. The Christchurch equivalent of Ferg burger. You can phone ahead & avoid the wait

r.(Translated) Hiking from Cavendish Mountain to Sumner, I was hungry after a wave on the beach. I remembered the fish&chip recommended by Kevin. I found the top-ranked shop on Google. I didn't expect the owner to be Chinese. The business is particularly good. It is the take away shop. When we are in the shop, people keep coming to pick up meals. The boss and the clerk were also busy chatting with us. We were eating and chatting in the store, talking about some New Zealand things, and also about some Chinese things. It was super happy to see our compatriots in a foreign country, and the boss was very nice and talkative. , I recommended that we eat the most popular crumed blue cod, it is indeed the best fish we have eaten in more than a week, and also reminded us that half of the chips is enough. In the end, the proprietress gave us local fruits: blueberry, kiwi fruit. I didn’t expect that the burgers, fries and fried fish made by the Chinese would be so delicious. I wish the boss better and better business :)

从卡文迪许山徒步玩到了sumner，海边浪了一圈很饿，想起kevin推荐的fish&chip，在google 上找到的排名靠前的这家店，没想到老板竟然是中国人。生意特别的好，是take away 店，我们在店里的时候，不停有人来取餐。老板和店员小姐姐也边忙边和我们聊天，我们在店里边吃边聊，聊一些新西兰的事情，也聊一些中国的事情，能在异乡见到同胞超开心，老板人很好，超级健谈，推荐我们吃了最受欢迎的crumed blue cod，确实是这一个多星期以来吃饭的最好吃的fish，还提醒我们chips 点半份就够了。最后老板娘还送了我们当地水果：blueberry, kiwi fruit，没有想到中国人做的汉堡薯条炸鱼会这么美味，祝老板生意越来越好:)
