R.It's a good place to take your kids and have a inexpensive burger and fries. I love its horror gimmick. Very cool.
T.Honestly awesome place. Dude taking orders was genuinely friendly and chirpy, which can be so hard in a busy restaurant, so credit to him. Was done within 5 mins, stupidly fast, and the food is top notch. Great size, burger is huge, fresh as can be. Couldn't ask for better if I tried. Thanks team!
K.Love all the burgers here! Especially the chicken ones, a lot of favour and they are big and filling!! Most people that work there are nice and have good chat. You can also get the app and check in 5 times to get free chips or onion rings, I'm happy they have kumara chips now and they are great!!! They complete the burger. Definitely recommend for any burger lovers
J.Amazing burgers, best value in town. Chips can be a hit and miss. Venue is well sized but little to no outdoor seating. I much prefer the Sydenham branch, they seem to be more consistent with their quality of food also.

T.What can I say about this place. So good it's worth a weekly visit, make sure to tell the cowboy at the counter you want a hash hashbrown. Burgers, chips onion rings are absolutely awesome 👌

B.The place was nice and quiet, I was able to hear our conversation, there was not too much noise, atmosphere was great but service was a bit of a downer our burgers were okay, but a bit tasteless, it was awesomely massive which is amazing, but the taste was just not there. The chips and gravy was to die for. Service was a tad bit disappointing, there was no waiter at our table to check up if the food was okay or to even take our orders, we had to go up to the counter to order our food. When the food was brought out to our table, it was all packed on to one tray for both of us so we just ate our food on top of the burger bags that the burgers were packed in, the free water tap I dont think its fresh water, was warm! The waiter also just walked away after putting the tray of food on the table while my friend was talking to him, I dont think that was nice! It was our first time trying burgers & beers out but so far a bit disappointing. I know you guys can do a lot better! I still want to keep trying other stuff from the menu, also would be nice to have pictures of the food on the menu, it helps a lot when deciding what to order, but good prices just wish the food was tasty too!

J.Juggling between a 4 and a 5, will go for 5. The service was great and friendly, served by a young girl. The burger ended up being a little too powerful with the blue cheese and onions, but that's my bad for ordering something with blue cheese. If you like blue cheese, you'll love that burger. The patty was from the Angus ranch, so felt good quality. The chips are a massive serving, and could be a meal in themselves. They tasted good, but probably needed more sauce for them.
A.Great range of burgers, had the Flamin' Mexican and loved it. Of course the chips and gravy was amazing. We were served by Devon and he was great. Fast and friendly.

S.Really good range of burgers and particularly good buns, there's plenty of seating for eating in or you can take away.
Make sure you get some chips and gravy as a side - thick cut hot chips cooked in beef fat with a gravy pot to dip them in.
Staff are really nice, and will totally help recommend the right thing for you.
Gluten free buns are available for just a little extra.

You can order online and pickup in-store which is handy.
There are sometimes special burgers added to the menu so keep an eye out for them.
There is plenty of parking at the site.

G.Great place, great food. Family friendly for all ages. GF and other dietary requirements are available. If wanting a meal during a busy time, might be worth ordering on the phone and then driving in to cut down on the wait (especially if you have kids as keeping them entertained for long enough can be a challenge).
R.I like it here. The Cranford st branch is super fast for takeout. Like I was damn surprised how quick it came out you also won't get better fries and gravy. So many little crispy and crunchy bits.

J.I never understood the random chairs and table theme but that doesn't matter. The food however is fantastic. Burgers and chips cooked the proper way. Been many times and will be back again.

A.Best customer service ever! I placed the online order by mistake in wrong store thinking it was Cranford street store.
I came into the store, the lady at counter - Megan was so friendly and she called the other store and cancelled the order and placed us a new order.
Seriously! Exceptional service and awesome food.

S.Top knotch bearnaise and beef burger and crispy chips with gravy washed down with an Emerson's IPA. How can you improve on that? 100% recommended. Sorry I was too hungry, so no picture.
