Burgers were nice but chips have skins on. And I think Angus patties have shrunk a bit

It was delicious. It made me wonder why we still go to Maccas. The food just is not comparable. To be fair, it's reflected in the price, but so worth it. If you are reading this, break the habit. It's worthwhile.

I had a great experience where one of the ladies working went above and beyond to make my experience great! I haven't experienced this level of service at any fast food place before. Plus the food was great as always.

Mr Portobello & Miss Carl's catch with Crisscut fries were awesome. I was served by Briar and she was very Polite & Humble. She listened to my order & repeated to make sure everything is in order. It really made a big difference in our day.

Meal was excellent. I made a mistake with order and they didnt charge me for the incorrect burger. Good stuff, i will be back.

Had a tower burger combo. it was good and i just paid 5.40 nzd which is very cheaper as compare to other places. This shop has a very good variety of burgers with nominal price tags. Situated at very prime location Bush IN. Stuff was kind and good. Interior of restaurant was amazing. If you are thinking for burger treat thn go to this place.

Burger King's bigger, badder big brother. Flavour packed burgers, moist chicken and flame grilled beef. Good range of sides and drinks too.

The dining area was close in level 2. Only open for takeaway, the staff was friendly and polite and it didn't take long for the food to come out. First time trying it, not too bad. The chili fries tastes a bit like curry on fries.

Burgers were made perfect , fries were hot !!! Everything in the bag was packaged nicely definitely come back again

Pretty good, the burgers are quite nice (I recommend the Jim Beam burger) and I think the food is worth it for the price. The service is mediocre at best but no one seems to clear the tables, I always have to search for a clean table. Food is good, service is okay and atmosphere could use some work.

Pretty good store, kinda small. Burger was good, got the Memphis double with a combo. Burger was only slightly under expected levels. Chips excellent. Not quite as good as the Palmerston North store. Would be better if they had the fill your own drinks thing going on here. Will return.

Came in 1pm on the 10th Dec and was served by two of the loveliest ladies..... the food was delicious and the service was impeccable 👌

Service was slow- 10min wait for "fast food" and they weren't busy. One of the burgers was amazing, the other one was ok. Would definitely try the again though.

Good service, decent fast food, quintessential greasy fast food (as it should be). They no longer have the indoor salad bar, and their milkshakes are now just disappointment in a cup. In spite of this, Carl's Jr is still my favourite fast food joint. I fail to understand how McDonald's is remotely successful while Carl's Jr exists. My tacit assumption is that people are conditioned to expect disappointment so when a meal is served without it, it just doesn't feel complete.

Got the Alabama Chicken. Not 100% sure if the chicken is actually from Alabama but regardless it was a nice burger, Aioli sauce was a bit over powering. Great service and all the rest.

First visit to Carl's Jr. and I will be back. To start off Shaun served us and he was great. Great recommendations and sorted out our mess of an order for the best value all round. The fries are really nice. Not your run of the mill fries. They are different and good. The burgers are really great. They are a great value and well worth the prices. We were very happily surprised at the quality of the chicken tenders and the aioli was to die for. I tried the Memphis BBQ Chris Cut fries. Good price, nice thick chip like fries and nice sauce. More of a kids menu thing I felt. Good but would have liked Poutine more. All in all a great meal out and great service. Clean tables.

Fast service, good customer service

Really clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly (Thanks Reilly) and would take orders to your table if you were to eat in. Ordered 2 family deals. The chicken burger I would say is superior compared to McDonald's. The cheeseburgers and normal fries are about the same. I would also recommend their ice cream Sundae as it tastes more genuine and real compared to other fastfood restaurants.

Delicious burgers most of which are on the more expensive side however they have a deal with a chicken burger and a double cheese burger with fries and a drink for $9 which is great value. The area was clean throughout and the staff very nice. I enjoyed my meal experience here.

Excellent, probably the best burger I've had from and Carl's Jr. Chips were fresh and hot and thd salt already at the table allowed me to add my own (probably excessive) amount. Sauce and mustard also at the table made the experience some how more personal than relentlessly tearing open tiny sauce packets. Asked for a drink refill and got it with a smile and a bit of banter. Nice.

Great burgers at this place, good customer service, nice entertainment with the TV screen. However, I must say that pricing was on the more expensive side - some burgers may cost up to $13. The burgers here are great, just be prepared to pay slightly more.

Really good burgers!! I only wish it was a little closer to home. They have really interesting desert options and it doesn't taste it feel like your average American franchise which is nice.

If you like a lot of juicy, flavoursome meat in your mouth, well look no further than Carl's Jr. The burgers on their own add up to around $12, then it's another $4 for a combo on top of that. I recommend the Jim Beam Bourbon burger if you haven't tried one before. A lot of burger and a lot of flavour dripping out the sides. Crisscut fries are something different for a change, but I wouldn't say they are anything amazing to write home about. Stick with the steak cut fries as they tend to be more crispy. Good things to note: + Tomato and Mustard Sauce on tap right there on the table in front of you + Free drink refills! Just take your empty cup up to the counter.

Ok food, one of the male servers looked like he really didn't like his job, a smile or maybe moving faster than a dying snail while bringing the food out and throwing the tray on the table with a non-animated thanks wouldn't go astray

I just like the different flavors they have to offer with their variety of burgers , would have been 5 Stars if it was self serve drinks and salad bar like in Auckland.

Stopped in for a feed with my Daughter. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Food was great. really enjoyed our meals. Not the cheapest, but the quality is pretty good.

Crosscut fries were VERY greasy. Burgers were ok. Was pleased l had a wetwipe in my bag to wipe the table down.

Great lication with olenty parking and awesome staff. My partner requested for coke zero with his meal but there was none. He was fine with it and didnt want anything in replacement. When we were about to leave, one staff ran up to him and gave him a voucher. We didnt expect it at all but shows how staff cares about their customers. Kudos to that guy who was serving us.

Best customer service every time, staff are always friendly and happy to help with personal choices. Food is always of the same quality. It’s good burgers every time that look the same just as they are advertised.

Best tasting takeaway in Christchurch. Don't know why there aren't more of them. The burgers are superb. The thick shakes actually have ice cream in them. It's not the fastest food, but nor are any of the other fast food outlets these days.

Mango Milkshakes are pretty nice but drink them quickly or they get too milky. Nice staff and willing to go the extra mile to make a good milkshake!

Really flavorful burgers even my fussy son loves the food we also like the free drink refils as many times as you like. Criss cross chips are amazing. Just dont like how they chaged the patties to singles and doubles was way better how it was before nicer patties.

Very quiet time when we visited. Nice food and pleasant staff. Drinks machine was broken but they gave us cans instead. Not surprising the machine was broken this time of year it probably got hammered.

My dine in experience was enjoyable the kids ate all their food which is a good thing. However I like to eat my food at a clean table and my table was not clean other than that i give them a 4stars.#goodkids#good deals.

I came in today for a double Memphis burger, had 2 of them got served by a nice Indian girl and I gotta say guys it was really good.

They have improved a lot since when they first opened. More organised and better quality food with lesser wait times. They are often out of certain stuff but I imagine that isn't an issue with the Bush Inn store itself. Really good deals if you look at the deals section on their website. It makes it a far better deal than Burger King and McDonalds food for the quality and amount of food you get.
