Thanks Gary for your outstanding service. You have unknowledge the fact that we have been waiting a long time for our order while the other team members were too busy arguing at the back, you've approached me to apologized about the wait and try to make it up by offering a refund. I obviously did not allow a refund as I am understanding but you have approach my wee boy asking if he wanted ice cream which I believe none of the kids will decline. Thanks for the ice cream! I appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

A little short on ingredients,,my pizza was (dough)raw,,took then 25minutes to make my 2×$5 and1×$8,,,,,4 people working,,The young girl was better then the manager,, disappointed,,,I hope they improve and make sure the Pizza is **F**cooked

Welcoming staff, pizza was good and cutt properly (just saying because I love my pizza cut properly lol) while you wait 10-15 Minutes you can walk over to the Salvation army and have a look in the second hand store if that's something your into. They have off street parking also which is good as Lincoln road can get really busy.

When I went to pick up my pizza I was told they had run out of thin and crispy bases. Very disappointing, what sort of pizza joint runs out of thin and crispy bases? They took my online order and used a regular base which they informed me of when I went to pay. Because I was hungry I just took the pizza and paid but it was disappointing all the same.

New Yorker Pizza as good as ever. It was interesting to see that the DOM pizza scanner that they advertise heavily on tv, was not in use. The staff had arranged their work space, so that the pizza never was under the scanner and in fact couldn't be placed under it, because they stored cutters and sauces there... So that is just pointless marketing, but the pizza was ok.

Busy standard fast pizza place but they taste good given it is a mass production line fast food establishment. However on a Friday night they are a good satisfying meal at the end of the week and tasty as well!

OMG this team needs to pick its socks up, communication is key!! I had to ask to get served, two or three wrong orders were given out in the time we waited, true they compensated with free drinks but its a bad look. Food was good though

Situated n a very convenient location at Addington mall. This is a pretty standard franchise. Always friendly staff in a busy atmosphere. There is a table if you want to eat in. Order online for better deals.
