Reviews of KFC Colombo Street
s.Went in the drive through, got home and found no potato in the potato and gravy. Tried ringing twice and no answer. One hour later my daughter went to KFC Colombo Street too. Her order was missing the fries. She tried ringing and as usual no answer. She finally went back in and was told to wait in her car. A staff member appeared in the doorway expecting her to get out of the car and go collect them. No apologies! Also, I’ve noticed KFC haven’t replied to any of the reviews on here. Sloppy work KFC and staff need training in customer service. We won’t be back!
W.Normally good but this time I was in the drive through and had beggars hassling me for money. I told them and they said they had removed him before but now hes back. KFC may need to get better security
C.No counter service the day we went. Chicken was pleasingly dry and free of oil. Chips had a bit of a greasy taste but otherwise sides were good. Online ordering to click and collect was confusing with no counter service but in the end they let me inside to pick up.
C.The store is much nicer now that it has been remodelled. The self service kiosks are fast and easy but lack some of the customisations you can make at the counter (requesting specific pieces of chicken, adding cheese to a burger). The restaurant is possibly the cleanest KFC I’ve ever eaten at. The service is good but still feels like they’re a bit short staffed, the food was fresh, hot, and well seasoned!
S.Sat 26th Feb at 7:40pm - Someone give the lad on drive through comms a raise! By far the best customer service I’ve received from a fast food joint in years.

A.Great service, the trainee that served me did a good job, although halfway through eating my chicken , I found a hair coated in 11 herbs n spices stuck to a bit of chicken.

G.We went in to order but was a shambles no one serving behind counter there was a machine to order but needed a code but didn't tell you how to get it went through drive through that was good
B.Depending on the time of day is wether this store is good or not. During the day the staff are friendly and not shy to fill the box with chips and the food is always fresh. At night the staff a rude and the food is normally dry or the wrong order. Food is food and you pay for what you get but it would be nice to get treated better.

T.We got the wicked box for $7.99. Great value for price four wicked wings, chips, bun, potato and gravy and small drink. Couldn't eat it all for lunch. Had the rest for dinner.

Reasonably slow service for a fast food restaurant. If you're lucky you'll catch the staff on a good day and get friendly service. If not you'll basically be ignored except for someone taking your order with an extreme lack of enthusiasm

The food was of an edible standard but not what i envisaged. Potato and gravy rocked. Never changes.

R.Very Very Very busy in drive through entered at 5.50 pm . Finally got served at 6.35pm. Felt sorry for the young lady that took our order She was very pleasant and polite. Although she mentioned they were short staffed.

M.This is an ok KFC. The KFC is tidy well presented and has good customer service.
I like the occasional KFC meal as an evening substitute. The meals are good and there is plenty of choice. There is a meal to suit any time of the day. Takeaway or eat in are both no problem. Located on Colombo Street there is adequate parking available.
T.It's not too bad if only they could actually listen and add extra seasoning on chips when asked. Extra seasoning is the most important part of my KFC Fix.

S.KFC delivery now exists!! We ordered and it arrived at our house within 10minutes. Great deals and coupons, however, last couple of times the batter was still a little doughy in parts.
H.Fast drive thru, good product. Don't attempt to alter any menu items (e.g, no sauce in burger) as this will be missed. Otherwise, a good experience.
A.It's more than 20 years since I last had OFC. Everything was just as good as I remembered, except the bean salad, where the percentage of sliced free beans was greater than I care for. I could live on the potato and gravy. (That may be a slight exaggeration.)
A.Pretty average, chips over seasoned. Chicken drum was dry and oily. Ans the burger had a lot of browned lettuce in it

M.So let me say, if you've had a hard night on the bend, getting twisted and whatnot by the time the sun rises you can feel your gut churn and start to scream for some greasy oil soaked chickeney goodness this is your go-to. Make sure you have another drink to see you through the 20 min drive-thru because if you're not already sober, the wait will definitely make you look in the rear view mirror and make you realise how bent you have been for the last 12 hours. That glimpse of yourself in the mirror will shock you into a 3 month rehab style of sobriety.
3/5 would get twisted and eat chicken again.

B.There was a dude called Chris who was working this Wednesday night and he made my day. Honestly, he was funny and bouncing around and it was great. Fast service with a smile is always appreciated :^)
a.Waited 10 minutes to be served when they they were only making 2 orders and I was first in que.
I want to say understaffed but i counted 6 people so idk.... its a sunday too
W.Lady on front counter yesterday was super nice and cheerful, made the experience very pleasant. Food was pretty average but you know what you go there for ngl 😵
E.Fast friendly fried chicken and burgers from the Colonel always tasty feeds for under 10 bux even better when the double downs back in town mmm
P.It's KFC, surely everyone knows what it's like... I personally think the quality of the food is what you should expect for the price, much of it is not very healthy and the service is woefully slow for what is supposed to be a fast food place.
A.They were very busy in the drive through and there was a long line inside but the staff were very efficient and got our orders made up early quick
L.I love KFC when the chicken isn't dry. I love the wicked wings. The one thing is I reckon that KFC smells way better than it tastes.

R.Floor is greasy and slippery, puddles of soda in parts and all the tables have food scraps on them. Very unclean.
