Went through drive through ordered 2 snack boxs from here one with popcorn chicken and one with wicked wings. Mine was delicious not to much salt and I had fresh chips and popcorn chicken. My brother only had 2 wicked wings in his but in the past at other KFC he received 3. Overall it was fresh and the flavour was not over powering. Waiting wasnt long so yes I would definitely come back here again

Good staff and freshly fried chicken. So far so good. Shirley store needs progress though they always miss an item from your drive thru order. But Eastgate are pretty good.

Tried the sliders..I would have loved them if they put the right sauce on them wanted sweet and sour .got one like a curry sauce which was very hot

Typical fast food. Good for a quick bite. Not too busy when we came in. Fast service and friendly staff. Tables were a bit greasy and messy so gave it a quick clean myself

We ordered 3 twisters 1 with no onion and 2 snuck box with oreo crushers. We received our order within 10 minutes. The service is fast the trainee staff was good as she repeated my order to me 3 times just to make sure she got the order right. We were happy with our food and the service.

In general its not bad, just tables and seats clean not enough. We was at KFC at 7pm. How i understand its the most busiest time but just one order was working and line was so long... Food was good and tasty!!!

It’s okay. My only problem is that even when they’re busy and the dinner rush hits they don’t put their resources into serving their customers. I went in last night and they had a massive line of people in the drive through and a long line inside. I stood in line for 15 minutes and left because they had only one till open and one person taking orders. Ridiculous really. You have two tills but don’t open both to take the orders of all the people who actually got off their arse and came inside. There was at least 9 people in front of me and at least 4 people waiting for their orders. Slow service and incompetent service when it’s busy. They don’t know how to handle high volumes of foot traffic. But if it’s slow? You’re all good. Foods usually good but my one piece of advice? Check your chips. Most of the time they are unsalted and bland. Even if you ask for extra seasoning on your chips 6 out of 10 times they don’t put it on. Always check your order

Not occasionally, not every so often, but most times I've ordered, they either don't get the order right,(but charge for the full order) ,or they leave things out of the order you've paid for.. Advertising a free key ring on their board but don't have any in your order..no telling you first when u order the meal..you ask after you discover you don't have it..when you ask where it is you get attitude and told they don't have any?? Yet still advertising it on their board with a certain meal.. Food is yummy apart from all that..

Very fast service, supervisor was definitely one of the best, fast, accurate, and all staff friendly. Overall the environment of the store was busy but not in a stressed out hurry up way. Had a positive vibe in general.

Chicken tastes good but contains lot of oil, I have been eating in different KFC but this one always have a lot of soaked up oil. Wait time is a pain here. Needs to improve their timing and cooking.

Ugh, always gets the drive through order wrong and the Chicken sizes are too small. Still, the Zinger Burger is the best of any fast food outlet. That alone is worth 4 stars.

Surprisingly it was good. The chips was well seasoned and the service was quick but the drive through can be a little tight for a van going around the corner.

Sorry to say I was a little disappointed because the chicken was not crispy or the usual golden brown. I think it was because they were run off there feet with three options now. Drive through, dine in and Ube eats. They will have to figure out how much they need to cope with all three now. Wish you all the best and I am sure you will figure it out.

70/75% of the time orders are wrong or they use more wings than they should with their piece combinations. Often the chicken has cooking defects where the breading is not cooked properly or the flour was not applied to the chicken properly.

As always, yummy food. However, it appeared the 'left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing'. I came into put in my order & the young woman parcelling up someone else order looked at me & it appeared she didnt know what to say to me, so said nothing. Mmmm, maybe, "Hi Ill be right with you" would have been great. Instead a guy whom turned out to be a cook asked me if I was being servdd. I said no, hoping he would serve me. He went back & got someone to come out & serve md instead. By this time the young woman whose order she had finished come to serve me alongside the other woman from the back. From the mixed messages it would suggest there wasnt a manager at hand. Maybe some customer service training would be helpful.
