R. N. (.When I was there last, I ate in& watched the staff go abt their duties. They seemed to take their job seriously as a couple of them were very conscientious of their workplace, tidying etc whilst making me feel comfortable& a valued customer. Seriously, if u want exceptional service, eat in at Woolston MacDonalds. You'll be happy you did.
C. H.Pretty decent for a McDonald's. If I was rating it in terms of food quality overall, probably a 3, cos all McDonald's disappoint on some level, but when compared to other Maccas stores in the area, an easy 4-4.5
L. R.Drive through is easy to use as is the ordering for inside. Only problem is that access can be busy at certain times of the day if you are turning across Ferry Rd.

M.Today I went in just before 3pm. And I have had the best customer service from any McDonald's. From speaker, payment, food collection and coffee. Not only did the staff have amazing customer service skills but the lady on the speaker was able to have a laugh make my mini family feel important as a customer. Today we have our last day in level 3 and as we enter into level 2 tomorrow. I hope that the staff at this McDonald's not only be acknowledged for their hard work but get some well deserved company paid days off. 😀 Keep up the good work. This is still the best McDonald's in New Zealand.
Q. K.It's an alright joint, however lacking on reading proper order notes. Burgers kinda get slapped into the box, often experienced undersized items.
G.Odd that they checked the vaccine passport as they delivered our food to the table that we had already paid for. What would have happened it we didn't have one?

J. G.Hands down BEST SERVICE Drive threw was full and we had 0 wait we literally drove threw the drive threw 😅 food was hot chips we're fresh.
e. t.Playground no good for 2 or 3 yr olds..to high to climb not see thru ..so I went in first so she wouldn't get scared...filthy needs to be cleaned sticky grubby very UN hygienic..especially with covid..friendly service tho great staff ..an un impressed by my salad lettuce was half brown...

H. C.Loving the chicken aioli wrap combo. The drive thru is quick and im on my way again in minutes. I dined in once, it was busy. But wiping down of tables and seats between customers is very important.
A. s.Good food, friendly workers and the lobby is almost always clean. It has a lot of touch screens for easy ordering and my coffee drinks are always amazing.

M. R.I've tried to like this Mcdonald's because it's our local but every time we go there's a problem. They've given our order to the wrong car and made us wait 20 minutes while they try to get it right. They've left out items from our order and we've only found out when we got home. The food is fine but there's definitely some operational issues they need to work through.

because during level 2 they removed some of their menu. The items that they have removed are not stated anywhere and it’s really frustrating when your in the drive thru and they keep saying sorry we not doing that anymore.

B. L.Strange that there are two open lanes but they serviced only the one not realizing that we were sitting waiting ahead of other customers. So service was just ok. Linwood Ave store is better even when there's a queue.

M.Service was awesome and very helpful however I bring my own cups rather than using takeaway ones and they don't charge less for my coffee like alot of Cafes do. Pretty disappointed.

A.It's a bit hit and miss... can be quick or really slow for a McDonald's. The food is generally good but occasionally they muck up your order. I generally drive the extra few minutes and go to linwood
R.It was good I guess, clean, good service, easy to order using the screen. I understand we live in covid times, because ordering at a screen is just not the same as human interaction, not to mention less jobs.
j.I love this mcdonald's it's consistently good service food and wait times, the facilities are always clean the play area is awesome for the kids I have never had anything missed from my order my order has always been spot on and staff are always really friendly and helpful
L. X.If you put two gherkins in my cheese burger I will give you 5 stars. Unfortunately I only receive one or none most times I come here.

B. D.It's McDonald's, what more can I say? The food is generally consistent in quality, you can get barrista coffee and there's free WiFi. Service is generally quick even when busy and there are toilets with wheel chair access. You know you want a cheese burger.

T. C.I never thought I would see the day when I would review a McDonalds Restaurant. Service was A+ with a lovely woman first asking if I needed help with self serve kiosk to just ask then while I waited for my food she was forever busy wiping table etc. saying goodbye to customers and then when I leave she opens the door for me and wishes me a good day. In fairness it is a quiet morning so would be interesting to see what it is like when busier. Coffee is very good and food lovely. My only small gripe the kitchen staff could actually smile when handing over the food. Very clean and tidy.

l. w.I'm not a huge fan of Mac donalds BUT we pop in after swimming on Wednesdays i have to say that the ladies that run thus place are amazing, they are so friendly helpful and smiley! Also the music everytime I go in is seriously brilliant!!

J.Awesome late night service at this Maccas. Much better than linwood in every way. The staff actually want to be here and it shows. I'll be coming here from now on. Anyone who wants to not sit in drive through for 20 minutes, deal with rude staff and actually wants what the ordered should come here instead of Linwood.
C. M.Had our Laser Plumbing H and S meeting here this week. Theresa and her team were absolutely amazing and we felt like they really appreciated us being there. Awesome service and a great space if you ever need a meeting venue.
F.Mistake was made whilst ordering , on their end , but the server corrected it with no problem . Food was great , staff are very accommodating . Will definitely visit again :)

B. B.Can people just chill out with the slow service gee they just opened give em a chance! Restaurant is very nice and clean with a McCafe and a little Playland for the kids. I'm giving this Mcdonalds a 5 based on the customer service and are on top of their hygiene and clealiness of the Restaurant and be prepared to use touch screens to order i didn't really want to use it but the staff member was really helpful and now i don't ever have to wait in the cue to order. Thanks Mary excellent customer service! This now will be my local Maccas Restaurant😊

B. T.I got an oreo mcflurry. It was good.
But i only got a normal mcflurry and i ordered and paid for one with oreos on the top and the bottom, i even said at the drive thru "that was really specific but thats exactly what i want". If it wasn't for the devastation of going in for those last scoops to the bottom coming up with no oreos i would have given 5 stars.

p. t.I don't usually write comments on McDonald's places as they all usually suck badly but really was very surprised at the quality of the food being reasonably OK difently was fresh and relatively good customer service well done guys
M.Quick service but 'Diary of a wimpy kid' not age appropriate for pre schoolers and there
were no toys available. Sat at main area outside play area and it had a direct view into the men's toilets when door was opened. Not good for anyone to have a view like that. Suggest the door be hinged on other side for simple solution. Play area has excellent play equipment, but area for adult supervision is far too small. Should have far bigger supervision area. I know the one in Masterton has about five tables with seating, so there is plenty of sitting area for real adult supervision.

J. R.An upmarket kind of MacDonald's with a fancy stone building and friendly staff in Woolston Village. I only ordered a hot chocolate inside for a dollar. Paper cup, but if you want a crockery cup, just go the Mac Cafe and pay standard. I like how you can order from the self service kiosk and take a number and it will come to your table !
I think I'll be back again some time...
(Is MacDonald's an American firm? Are you allowed to add your kiwi culture to it?) But this is the least bland looking MacDonalds I've been to .

N.Have messed up my order three times at the drive-thru. Wasn't fussed though as 2/3 of those times i got much more than i actually paid for!
