Reviews of McDonald's Hillmorton
r.Ordered some Maccas about a week and a half ago, we got a choose your own sharebox. The hokey pokey shake my brother had ordered was appalling. It was about 75% Syrup or more. It tasted bad enough that it wasn't drinkable. The fries were slightly cold but they were fine.
Although that's the only negative things about this McDonalds, the positives were that the service was great, clean and the rest of the food was great.

S.Very small McDs, walked and gave my vaccine cert to be scanned, ordered from the board and had my order in a reasonable time. Although next time i will do drive through due to the small size.
l.They hire more New Zealand workers than KFC does so I am more keen on supporting them as they make a more positive difference in the community.
A.Best drive thru I've been to in a long time. Probably has to do with them not having any Mc Café products in drive thru.
J.Busy and cute inside this little McDonald's. Went inside as the drive-through was very busy. Fast service and catered for no contact service. Didn't give the full rating because of very limited entry for one person.
A.Food is always warm and fresh and staff are friendly. They never leave anything out of my order, which is something I can't say about all locations! Great job

s.If getting McD, this my local, but very scant on the Tartar sauce in the Chicken and Fish Fillet burgers, Riccarton much better for this
M.Why can this McDonald's never seem to get it right, the food is fine but don't expect any requested changes to ever be done. I ordered my niece a 6 pack of nuggets was charged for them but ended up with chicken bites which are worth way less. Unfortunately we'd already gone home before she saw what she had. I'd suggest almost any other McDonald's over this one.
N.Good, but pick your time for the drive wisely with peak busy times in mind. There's not much queue room without blocking the road, generally find though and just as good as any McDonald's.

I.Nice wee place. Not suitable for children as there is no play area.
C.Good fast food, nice friendly staff who seem to get along and have a laugh togetiher, very clean and tidy. Not such a rushed feel as some McDonald's, a calm, measured, take your time approach, which is refreshing and worth travelling an extra 10 mins for! I really like this McDonald's and totally recommend it for a snack, fast lunch or relaxed family birthday dinner.

H.Top tip, only go to this McDonald's if you see a queue for the drive thru. The food only seems to be fresh and hot if there's a line. They tend to skimp on the pickles, so always order extra if that's what you like.
G.Great place if you feel like Maccas.
S.Staff are quite friendly, usual McDonald's stop. No McCafe however and older style inside. Chairs aren't very comfy. Good for a easy stop while on the go

z.This maccas has always been my go to one, mostly bcs its closer to my house but also because i dont have to wait to long. Occasionally they will mess up my order but it’s understandable since it only happens when there’s too much customers.
C.The smallest McDonald's I have ever been in, however apart from being small the staff are a very friendly & quick at getting the orders out, would definitely go back to this little McDonald's again.

R.Great place to check things on free Wi-Fi. Great food if in a hurry and can not make up your mind. Check orders before leaving at all fast food places.
D.Drive through ia fairly fast, going in tends to be pretty slow. Never had an issue with food quality at this particular branch. If there is an event at Horncastle arena, avoid going here, drive though line ends up down the street.
G.Good service they saved me 40 cents on my order.. Food was prepared to high standard.

J.Honestly these guys are by the far the most reliable maccas store in Christchurch. Not necessarily the best but they're consistently good which is to be expected from a really busy store and are quick to rectify their mistakes.
M.They made me a fresh salad burger as the vege burger is no longer available. Great service and nice and clean.

S.This is one of the more suburban, and therefore, less busy locations of the MacDonalds franchise. It has a fast and efficient drive-thru, but no MacCafe. Otherwise, it's, well, a MacDonalds.
G.A good little McDonalds. Small store with no kids area but it's not meant to be big. Just a good place to grab a quick bite or do the drive thru.
