1st dine in meal after lock down. Great meal again
E.Came in on Sunday to place a large order for family gathering. Food was amazing, tasted incredible, reasonably priced and excellent service. Has become my new favourite! Also very clean and a Mediterranean ambience.
T.Came for a late lunch with family. Service was superb and very child friendly. Had one of the best wraps I've had in a long time. The coffee was decent and so was desert.
I will absolutely be coming back here again

Got great variety of vegan, gluten free and dairy free option! Great traditional Moroccan food with authentic recipes! The chef from Morocco was humble and attended the guests which was rear to see and very touched with this hospitality! Amazing desert cabinet is to die for! M.Near to closing time, my wife and I realised we were very Hungry.. Mosaic by Simo came to the rescue with a stunningly tasty and very well balanced platter. As a bonus, the service was fantastic, the gentleman who served me had excellent customer management skills (I noticed that he was likewise gracious with his staff). Mosaic by Simo is a fantastic local businesses, also reasonably priced, which is well worth your time visiting.

r.Came to the area for another restaurant that was closed...boy are we glad we did as we would never have known about this gem otherwise. This is by far the best Mediterranean food I've eaten since leaving Europe. ... in fact it beats some of the food we had living overseas. The owners are super lovely to boot. Can't recommend this place more highly. We are out of towners but will be back. Go for the vegetable fritters and kebabs and you won't be disappointed.
R.We shared a lovely meal at Mosaic on Saturday night. Food was tasty, nicely presented, the staff were very friendly and happy to explain the menu to us. Although service was quite slow, our table took a long time to be cleared when we had finished our courses and having to ask for the menu for dessert, the overall experience was nice as we were not rushed and ended up spending time chatting with our friends there for 4 hours. It seemed as though there was not nearly enough staff for the busyness of the restaurant and takeaways.
D.Excellent choice of Mediterranean foods offered here. It tasted delicious and authenticate Mediterranean. The platting of tagines Mediterranean lamb in a modern design plate was a bit of disappointment because I was expecting the dish to be served in an original tagines clay pot. However, the tasted of the lamb was really delicious. In my next order, it will just be a takeaways.

A.A hidden gem of Addington, the Bocadillo's are incredible. Highly recommend the Moroccan lamb! And whatever they put in the seasoning that is sprinkled on top is magical! Absolutely love this place.
D.Four of us shared a Casablanca platter and it was delicious. Plenty of pescatarian options for myself. $20 a head was well worth it. Some of us managed to fit in a dessert, banoffe pie and black forest gateau were delicious. Would 100% go again.

C.I lunch here a couple of times a month. Delicious. The prices are good and the service friendly. I love the Tirimisu cake but I took my friend to get some recently and it was dried out -after I raved about it-so do ask when it was baked!!

I've been coming here since 2012 when I arrived to NZ and although I left Christchurch for 2 years +, when I returned, this is the first restaurant I went to. The prices are reasonable and the food is just absolutely delicious. I have never had a disappointing meal. When I met my husband, I introduced him to Mosaic and it's now our go-to restaurant. And when visitors come, this is definitely the place we would bring them to. My family from Singapore still raves about the food they had at Mosaic.

B.Walked 40mins to try the Afghan place around the corner but it was closed! Decided to give this joint a try and didn’t regret the walk or the change in cuisine. Loved all the items I tried out. A.We love this place. Popping in for a quick lunch is always delicious - love the bocadillos, my partner says the falafel is ok, I think the ginger chicken is amazing. For dinner, though, you've got to get one of the platters - great combo of foods all beautifully presented. I also love their smoothies, particularly the Sunrise, though sometimes they're out of specific ingredients and I have to pick a different one. But they're all good, so that's ok.

Large (massive!) Boccadillos were under $10! Freshly made and toasted.
We also ordered the Moroccan dips and dukkah- it was so generous 1 feed 5 people.
Honestly we were so impressed with value, taste and size we will be regulars!
L.I like Mediterranean vegetarian food in general, and Mosaic does this really really well. Service was courteous and prompt and prices reasonable. They do takeaways but we ate in, which was fine but it's quite small and a bit draughty every time the door opens on to a cold windy night.
S.Atmosphere relaxed. Gorgeous cuisine, catering for a light lunch/dinner to full couse menu. We have never made it to dessert. Also salads are fantastic!
T.Impeccably flavoured, beautifully cooked food in a thoughtfully decorated restaurant. I ordered a small falafel bocadillo full with fresh vege and a couple of delicious sauces with a side of Moroccan carrot and orange salad. My dining partner had the phillo pastry stuffed with roasted lamb and flavoured rice. He let me have a taste and it was delectable! I can't wait to come back.
H.Very nice food at great prices. I really like that the place is not that noisy so you can enjoy a chat with your friends while having a meal. I will definitely keep coming.
A.A busy place. There are about five outdoor tables if the weather is pleasant. There are not many indoor tables to dine in when raining.

A.Possibly my favourite place to eat out in Christchurch. They have food to cater all appetites from Moroccan style boccadillo to gourmet platters. The boccadillo are particularly good: at $7 to $10, these tasty hot wraps are more filling and healthy than anything else you can get at that price point. There is plenty of place to sit down and if you are planning to go for a special occasion we can highly recommend their platters that comes with a range of Moroccan food.
