Reviews of Taco Bell Eastgate
A.I went to Taco Bell on its opening day and bought the Taco Taster box. Nothing really appealed except the Cinnamon Chips which I enjoyed very much. On Tuesday I saw a deal for a Beefy Cheese Burrito and fries so I made my second trip in to order the Burrito and some Cinnamon Chips. The Chips had been discontinued, and the shell of the Burrito was so undercooked it was almost runny.
That's it for me, I'm not going back.
I realize tastes differ but the soggy Burrito and the VERY long delay in the queue with only two cars in front of me (Google Timeline says it was 26 minutes) is enough for me to call it quits.
R.The restaurant is clean and looks good. I haven't had taco bell for a while, since I lived in Sydney. The food, ironically quite bland if your used to eating good Mexican food. I must say the fries are pretty darned good though!! It just how I remember it and my family wanted to try it as they hadn't had it before. I don't think we will be back, fast fried food really isn't my thing. I'm sure people will love it. Just not to my taste. Nice staff and good service, which would have been difficult because the drive through line was 1.5 hours wait and the wait in the restaurant was 30 mins.
A.Staff were awesome, very friendly and was more that happy to accommodate my requests. The ambience and design of the restaurant was really vibrant. The food for the price that you're paying however was average in my opinion. Flavours were OK but nothing to write home about, portion sizes were so so, all for higher than what I would probably normally pay for.
G.Went here for the first time since I last had Taco Bell in the USA. I have to say it was good. It reminded of the Taco Bell I always had. The prices are a little high but that's how it is with fast food here. There were also long wait times but this is the first Taco Bell in the South Island so that would be expected. Overall great place to get some great food
J.Shop looks colourful , good staffs , nice ambiance. but quantity of food especially burrito needs to be improved. Make the burrito bigger and also add more meat. Hope you will consider this.
l.Personally had a very pleasurable experience here! The food didn’t take long to come out and it tasted amazing. We did have a little mess up with our order and when it was mentioned they were so polite and very quick to fix it. The crew are very lovely and I appreciate the fast service as well as how they handled the issue:)
J.Great service despite how busy it was. We were given our food after only waiting five minutes and it was delicious. The staff are kind and they keep the place clean too.
D.Christchurch’s first Taco Bell right in my back yard! lucky me. Store is nice and clean, service was good, food was yummy, and the veggies in the taco tasted fresh.
Won’t be back in a rush. It’s expensive compared to other fast food places. I got a large but portion sizes were too small.
