Blue cod was good. Expensive but very big. Fish was dry. We'd hoped for South Island home cut chips but they were boring frozen pre cut chips you get most places.

Awesome little local fish and chip shop, we came here on the advice of my family when I was visiting and the food was delicious. The muscles were to die for and fish had great flavour!

Live just round the corner from this place and always love their fish n chips, never disappoints! We tried their Chinese meals for the first time tonight and it was beautiful! So tasty and the meat was perfect 😋

The food was the best fish n chips we have ever had in our 60 plus years in all our travels in NZ and abroad. Great value for money and extra good service. The size of each piece was very generous, the homemade fritters and meat patties so tasty Well worth a visit

I really enjoyed the recent food we got from Templeton Takeaways. The cooking was perfect, both fish and chips and chinese food was of excellent quality, taste and satisfying quantity. Great value for money. They don't have PayWave, but do have hand sanitiser available. Best to order early on the phone to avoid delay as it gets very busy.
