Once again, you hit the spot!! In Christchurch for the weekend and have now visited Cuban twice. The cocktails are awesome as is the food....but you must try the ☆☆Banana Chimichunga!☆☆ I'm not a desert person, but this is to die for!!🙂

Went here for quiz night and it was a bit average, there weren’t many people. The food is very nice here though and the drinks/cocktails are delicious.

I really enjoyed the last night with my friends in The Cuban, the team is friendly and happy. I drunk my PISCOLA in Chilean Style and we ate amazing desserts.

Was a quiet Friday night... but must admit Rugby was on. Beautiful food and wonderful service!!! Recommend onion rings, they're to die for. I had the crispy chicken burger which came with wedges, was delicious. Will definitely return for more.

Had the most wonderful time at The Cuban restaurant! I heard so much about this popular place and decided it was time for a visit and I just couldn't seem to get enough! The service was amazing and the staff was constantly making sure I had the best experience. Definitely gonna return soon because its now in my top lists!

Hubby, myself and friends had dinner and cocktails tonight. Omg, the chicken salad in a basket and chicken fajitas were amazing. Tasty, alittle spicy and the salad was well dressed. Would deffinately recommend 'The Cuban' if you like great food within a relaxed and friendly atmosphere xx

Great place, highly underated! Went there instead of going to little high eatery because little high was packed. Was so glad we went, amazing food and their 2 mains for price of 1 was a great deal. Ended up paying $120 to feed 7 people. I was pleasantly surprised that the vegetarian burger was delicious!

The Cuban is a hidden gem in Christchurch. The food was excellent. We had the platter which contains a selection of the different dishes available. It was all delicious. So many flavours to savour. I was surprised it wasn't busy on a Saturday night. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys exploring the tastes of the world.

The food was amazing, service from our waitress was awesome, a little slow though they did have 2 big groups in but in saying that would still recommend and great value for money

Had chicken and pineapple on flavoured rice with salad greens. Was very nice and just a bit spicy. So much chicken I couldn't eat it all. Had my friends Chipotle dressing as it was a bit hot for her, I really liked it. Pineapple was fresh not canned. Had Tuesday special which was 2 mains for the price of one! Service was great attentive but not intrusive.

Great place with awesome ambiance and staff. Had been there twice for different events and it has always been really great and fun. So Stacey and jem and siobhan are your stars. Best staff ever. She is awesome and knows how to make the guests feel comfortable. She is the best bar tender.

Went with a group of 18 for a birthday. Great atmosphere and seating for the whole group at a high table. The order and food took a bit too long coming, but it was well presented and good. We loved it and will come back.

Awesome place to go on a Saturday night and very disability friendly. Great accessible toilets and staff are super accommodating. Great music and fun place to dance or relax. All the different areas make for a great night doing whatever you want to do.

A good place to chill out. Nice Cuban decor, and I like the way they do the place up compared with previous business. They have sofas, standing tables and bat stools with some tables have a fireplace in the middle. Nice lighting, very colourful. Sadly, I can't smoke a Cuban cigar inside the building to enjoy this Cuban theme environment. Would I go back? Yes

Good place but over priced and not much on tap. Every Saturday night is great with variety of people flogging in with a special DJ; Dance floor is fully packed with at least 100 people dancing and showing moves.

Great lunch special! Incredible tastey food and as a bonus it was really good value. The setting is so comfortable and relaxed for sitting outdoors in the afternoon sun. I highly recommend stopping by on a quiet day

I love ((The Cuban)). The staff are always honest, friendly and polite. It's always clean, warm, cosy and inviting with the 🔥 going. I love singing and dancing to the ((DJ'S Music)). It's R and B, hip-hop, rap and old school vibes. It's up to date, current and the ((MUSIC)) is litterally off this planet and suitable for everyone. Your always guaranteed to meet new friendly people. Love always... mwaah

Was a last minute walk in for dinner with my partner.we were nicely welcomed.when asked about the dinner meals we didnt not get much feed back,so ended up gettig the fish and bbq meat plate.The food was tasty but far over priced for their size ($25 each) and were disappointed after we had eaten realized there were weekly specials that we were not told of.was ok for a one off.
