R.Just polished off an absolute pearler of a meal at the Victoria Arms Hotel. I chose the chicken snitzel with mushroom gravy, with two big meaty coated chicken breast that could near on feed a family of four, and the most perfect mushroom sauce I've ever had! Hands down cracker pub meal!
M.Nice place and I had a very good steak with mushrooms sauce. The atmosphere was relaxed. Service was good and the barman was very helpful.
Worth trying out particularly because the heat pumps on cold made it comfortable.

Their surf and turf meal is just amazing. Best meal ever.
E.Service was good enough and the atmosphere was awesome. I had a steak which was ok but would not recommend the mushroom sauce as it is pretty ouch plain gravy with chunks of mushroom through it.

T.The Vic hotel is the place you go for a speights after a hard day working in the open air. A down to earth bunch of locals will share their stories of local news as the evening passes.

F.This was an experience staying here. The room itself was serviceable. I think we are not the typical clientele. Included in the very reasonable priced double room was dinner, breakfast and a packed lunch. An interesting design feature was the fan - great on a hot day - but the cord was not sufficiently long to reach the plug. Such cruelty. The shower was powerful. More sinks would have been good.
J.We visited the Victoria Arms Hotel several times during our stay in Cromwell. It was very busy during one visit, yet very quiet on our next visit. We only stopped for a couple of drinks, so have no idea what the food was like. We were served promptly and found the bar staff to be very customer-focused. The hotel is located in a lovely old building which was very warm and toasty inside.

K.My family and I went their for lunch we got loaded chips it was yummy them we played some pool it was so fun, I don't see why I can't give it a 5 star rating, the Victoria arms hotel is a family friendly place I would highly recommend

S.Absolutely love this place with it's rustic feel and good pokie room (casino). Service from all the staff was friendly and fast. We always make a point of coming here whenever we're in Cromwell. Highly recommend to everyone!!!
R.Lively pub, with a good mixed Friday evening crowd. The jug of beer was a bargain & the 'Catch of the Day' was great, but the pizza was absolutely forgettable... where did the idea of BBQ sauce come from????

W.A very pleasant night out with my wife Nina, she had the surf n turf which she loved the sauce could not get enough and I had the stonegrill Mt Difficulty which was plenty for me, the staff were great and helpful.
Excellent views of lake Dunstan from the Vic also a plus.
S.Stayed the night,dined and rehydrated.the room isn't the Ritz but very cosy.there was no hot water for shower-but that was soon rectified (lpg run,didn't swap over once one was empty)bar staff&owners made up for this-had a great night& would stay,dine,drink at this fine establishment again.
w.Fantastic nite. But was ruined at the end by the manager thinking it was ok to let other attend our private function. Food was good . Barman was fantastic .
