D.Spectacular meal tonight for Valentines, lamb was better than any I've had before, buttery tender with complex flavors that combined excellently. My partner had the chicken breast and enjoyed it throughly too. Lemon curd meringue was a big hit on the dessert front, creme brulee was delicious also. Friendly team, would highly recommend a visit!
A.Bistro is our favourite restaurant in Dunedin for a reason! The food is always superb and the staff and chefs are some of the best in the business. Bistro is the number 1 Dunedin restaurant in our opinion and we always look forward to the next time we can come back!

C.We had a meal here after our wedding on the 29th October. The service was second to none and the food puts EVERYWHERE else in Dunedin to shame. A co worker went for dinner as part of birthday group and enjoyed it too, so much so that we have decided to have our staff dinner there shortly. How the business has a 4.6 rating I don't know, I can't possibly imagine how or why anyone would ever give them less than 5 stars across the board.

D.Dunedinites! This is THE hidden gem you’re looking for! A modest setting with absolute knockout food and killler service. I like simple meals done well and this place delivered. Beef dish was cooked to perfect temperature and was melt in your mouth. Meals came out hot and in good time. This will be my last night in Dunedin for a while and it was the perfect place to share it with the person I care about the most. So pleased I came here.
T.Always love coming here. Beautiful atmosphere, lovely friendly staff. And the food is always beautiful and consistent. Make sure you order the chilli garlic bread! It is literally the best thing in the world!!

J.Just had the most wonderful dinner here. The food was amazing. Steak cooked to perfection. This chef knows his stuff. The atmosphere was great and the staff brilliant. Be prepared to want to lick your plate !! You will see us again. Highly recommend.
