I was worried we wouldn't have time to order as we arrived an hour before closing, but the staff didn't mind at all. Food was hot, delicious and really fresh. Vibe was very cool and they had an amazing motorbike on display! Would definitely reccomend.

Great casual artsy atmosphere at this cozy restaurant. Food was amazing, these guys know how to fry the perfect flavour into anything coming to your table. I particularly recommend anything with the buttermilk chicken, very juicy inside but perfectly crisp coating. Prompt service was also great. portion sizes aren't huge but the cost does reflect this with a relatively inexpensive and easily navigable selection of food made with high quality ingredients. I came here last week with some friends and I had an amazing experience! I got the vegetarian burger and it was hands-down the best burger I've ever had. The bun was soft like a cloud, and the ingredients were all so fresh. We used our Radio1 cards to get free fries - yay for student discounts! The groovy music set the vibe and made me so happy as well - if you're a Frank Ocean/SZA/Daniel Caesar/H.E.R fan you will be in heaven. If Good Good wasn't so far away, I would come here every week. Thanks for the awesome meal and fab atmosphere guys!

Good Good was recommend by a colleague as 'good place if you like burgers'. So I checked it out and it is great food, contemporary atmosphere and enjoyable place to get a meal. Burger was very large and very tasty. Shoestring fries servings are very generous. Small serving here is probably bigger than large at other places.They were a tad bit over salted but there is beer on tap to wash it down. It was nice to have heaters on above the table on cold evening. Staff was very polite and efficient.

"Wow." Probably the most wonderful eating experience in Dunedin. This ever expanding and changing location is vibrant and buzzing. I recommend the triple threat of their gravy fries, milkshake and burgers. Honestly best place for a first date, a treat that someone special or a hangout with mates. 10/10 killing it

I was a bit disappointed with the chicken burger this time to be honest. It was primo last time. Have they changed the buns in the past few months, as it had no substance, like a cheaper supermarket brand, and didn't appear to be toasted so got soggy and broke apart a bit too easily. The filling was still very tasty though. And the chips were great. Hopefully it was just a one off as it's usually hard to fault.

On my way home from work every day I would drive past good good and never really looked twice. Until one day my car broke down and I was doomed to traveling by foot. Ended up at the door step of good good (being conveniently close to my work) and thought why not? The second I walked into the place I was blown away! Such an amazing atmosphere accompanied by some groovy choons topped off by the scent of an angel confronting my nostrils! Ordered a humble beef burger off a enthusiastic young lady, who’s contagious smile instantly changed my salty tune after a major breakdown with my car and girlfriend leaving me on the same day! I thought there was no way this setup could get any better! Then my burger arrived at my table handed to my by a handsome man named Reece. After eating the burger I’m convinced that Reece was actually an angel delivering some hope and happiness that was extraordinary delicious! Safe to say I go there every day for lunch and get it delivered for dinner every second night! Happy days. Cheers Peter.

We had the chicken burger with buffalo sauce and jalapenos, and the vegetarian burger, both were good. The buffalo sauce is rather spicy so beware. Also got the chips with gravy yum. All in all not the cheapest but it was good.

Good Good, great great! Have heard a bit about this place and tried it out for a Sunday lunch after being disappointed elsewhere for Saturday dinner. Cool decor and atmosphere. Provide quality gourmet burgers. Would reccomend over any alternatives in and around Dunedin so far. Headed in on Friday during a very busy time. On the higher end of pricing for what you recieve value wise. Your in for a long wait 30-40 minutes during peak times. Parking is great and the atmosphere makes the wait bearable. Tastefully designed interior and a good place for after work drinks. Volume of people in the space may be noisy for some.

Dunedin has a lot of "gourmet" burger places, few live up to the hype. I can definitely confirm that this place is not one of them! I really appreciate burger places having confidence in a smaller menu - they offer three burgers - beef, chicken, and vegetarian. I had the beef burger the first time I went here (the first of many visits). It's not the most beautiful burger - but that's not why anyone eats food - absolutely delicious - a perfect mix of unique flavors and excellent cooking makes for a piquant dining experience. Well sauced if not a little sloppy - you will need serviettes but who cares - you will be in a state of burger heaven. The fries were adequate but slightly under cooked and not too well seasoned, luckily their signature Good Good sauce more than made up for this by offsetting any cooking technique deficiencies with a complex flavor array. The only down side is that this place is rather expensive - $15 for a burger outside of a restaurant is fairly rare but you are paying for the quality. I will be going here again and I would recommend the beef burger (all I have tried so far) to anyone who enjoys well made burgers.

The food is awesome! And beer on tap, what a great mix! The have APA and IPA on tap, jug or pint. I had the beef burger, had a try of the chicken burger, spicy chicken (5/10 spiciness), Mac n cheese balls and tater tots, it all tasted great! Highly recommended!

Good Good is good! I had the Mac and Mushroom burger. Original with the crumbed macaroni cheese pattie. Pickles made it taste like a burger should. I thought the bread bun was a little bland - just plain white bread. Although it was nicely toasted.

This place was recently rated #3 in NZ for Burgers and it's so true. Really good. Interesting funky atomsphere. Also funny if a person with you is a clutz and keeps dropping the table numbers into their food.

I had the buffalo bites, fries and lemon meringue milkshake but my friend had the buttermilk fried chicken burger. The bites were quite spicy and tasted mostly of siracha but the good good sauce was amazing. I took a bite of my friends fried chicken burger and loved it, the milk bun was delicious, I was very jealous.

Cool little food truck. Not a lot of food options but what they do have is perfect for a quick stop and a beer if you're feeling it. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere in the location is very unique. All together I wouldn't just say this place is good; I'd say it's good good.

I have to admit I was skeptical when this place rated higher than Fergburger on a recent article, so after just recently having the ferg I put this place to the test. I ordered the chicken burger with jalapenos and sriracha sauce. I wasn't disappointed. Better than ferg? I'd say yes.

there is a nice ambiance to the renovated industrial warehouse setting, good music, and nice staff, burgers are good, on the higher end of the the price list compared to other similar stores, i had the chicken burger, and will go back, i am looking forward to trying the chicken and waffles, if it is anything like the chicken and waffles from Mary street bakery in Perth, then Dunedin is in for a real treat. keep your eyes on these guys with a few tweeks they could be the next big thing, imo...
