Such a good meal as always. Butter chicken has to be the best I've ever had and the Aloo Gobi, yummmm! Sorry no photos...was too busy eating the food!

Food was okay not the greatest as have been to other places with better quality and standards Need better and Clean toilets as it reminds me of Bachelorette’s Den with loads of flat mates using the same Toilet joints 🚽

This place is great! The best Goan fish curry I have had in NZ, priced very reasonably we had two curries two drinks and roti excellent value, very friendly staff we really enjoyed our visit to this great little restaurant. What it lacks in decor it more than makes up for in deliciousness. We highly recommend popping in there, we will back.

Have eaten here twice in three nights as they provided such tasty meals for a very reasonable price. Very welcoming owner, with a big smile! And you can take your own wine, if you wish to.

Ordered a Spicy Paneer, Cottage Cheese Curry and Garlic Naan. It was ready quickly and was very delicious! It was a 10 out of 10 for me! My new favourite Indian Restaurant in Dunedin.

I visited after reading reviews that food is very good here. I reached late to Dunedin so can't opt for someone due to closing time was approaching. I opt for take away and ordered daal makhani and roti or naan. The spices in daal makhani were not cooked and something was lacking in preparation. Not sure if it was because of closing time. Will visit again and order something else to get exact idea of food here.

Decided to stray from my usual and try india gate.... I didnt think my food could be any better but boy was I wrong. Best indian food I've ever had. So fresh and delicious. Will be in to dine when I can xxx

Best Butter Chicken and Korma in town, those are the only ones I've tried . Got addicted to Butter Chicken from here, used to get it two to three times a week before work. The sweetness made it great, not sour like most places.

Hands down the best curries there is. Nothing can beat it! The service tonight was a little off but the food more than made up for it! Will definitely come again and again!

Fist time dining at India gate, the waiter was very helpful and friendly, i ordered the Vegetable Masala and it was great really tasty tho i was disappointed with the vegetables themselves, on the menu it said fresh vegetables but sadly they were obviously frozen vegies.

This was a wonderful choice for our last night in Dunedin. Very flavorful mains filled with traditional Indian spices, tasty samosas. Perfectly balanced off with garlic naan!

Awesome food. Got mattar paneer, garlic naan and lamb seekh kebabs. All the item were really good. This was a delivery order and I couldn’t believe it arrived in less than 30mins of ordering the food. Definitely going to try their other dishes. Recommended for anyone who wants to have some nice Indian food.
