S.Very kind staff members, and the food is cooked very well. The staff will be happy to give you whatever type of chicken you want to order, which isn't always the case with other kfc branches. This one is great
R.We went to north Dunedin as south was very full. Although the line was only a couple of cars long. The wait and lack of staff willingness was very inconvenient.
Staff are paid to smile and make your visit pleasant. This is not what north Dunedin KFC seems to practice. I'll stick with the long line at south Dunedin.
F.The young man who got our meal was charming and had a joke with us. The meal was great, fast efficient service, very clean restaurant. Parking available . Nice meal 👍
j.Waited in line in drive through for a good 15 minutes ordered and didn't get ny whole order I realize they were really under the pump at the time was really looking forward to my burgers on the way home

T.The young man who was serving us in dunedin on thursday the 11th of November 2021 on the till at around 4.30pm.
Was very friendly, bubbly and worked so well with the customers. He was polite and welcoming and bright and cheerful to the kids as well. He has fantastic customer service. We were on our way down to invercargill from Christchurch and out of all our stops there and back he was the most memorable.
S.Yeah pretty good, even though due to covid they have measures in place so you have to scroll your window down etc. Umm, in level 2. I guess better safe than sorry. It was all good.!
P.Nice hot cooked chips. Chicken is good if we could eat right away. Salty delicious 😊

C.The food was good apart for the gravy was lumpy and the restaurant wasn't clean what so ever
N.Very busy wee restaurant for a public holiday, they really should have had more staff on to cook food or clear tables, as it was quite a long wait for food and tables were not being cleaned. They have a screen with numbers for whose order was ready, buy this can't be seen from the tables so there was a staff member shouting out each order, made for not a very comfortable experience as the staff member was very loud. If there was another screen around by the tables, the shouting would have been avoided and would have made the customer experience much more enjoyable.
T.KFC is KFC. Not bad for fast food and great service at the North End Drive through.

S.Friendly staff, we were served quickly and the food tasted great! However, it was very dirty inside and a bit off putting. I personally wouldn't eat in there. Maybe if they kept the place clean, it would be a nicer environment to eat at.
D.Best to go for lunch. Evenings one could run out of stock. For such a popular place this has happened to me a couple of times.
o.I didn't order anything. I didn't go inside. Even if I had strong opinions they would be completely unfounded on any relevant context. The logo looked funny however so five stars.
B.Drove thorough, didn't have a long wait and got what I expected to get. Tho I did find the chicken in my burger was a bit on the tough side. And the girl at the window didn't seem to be in the best mood, just 'going thru the motions'. Still, it wasn't bad, I'd go back
C.Not great. Drive through staff tried to charge me $46 for 3 large chips?! When I questioned them, they said, "Oh, I didn't actually put your order in." Hmm. Bad day?
S.Some of the best KFC I have had in a long time!
R.Very busy evening, staff did well, the collection/service area was crowded which to be expected but an Uber driver lacked in decorum. But the meal was fine.

O.The workers are great, the food is ok, but like most RBL stores the workers are underpaid and over worked. If it takes awhile to get your order, it's not the workers fault, its management.

A.First experience - absolutely disgusting. Second time - just slightly better. The chips were much fresher and well seasoned (on request), but the original recipe chicken was so dry and gross. Only giving them a "good" rating for the chips and wicked wings.

T.Great time the bouncers were lovely and accommodating. The food came out quickly and hot and absolutely delicious. Snack on a wicked wing i highly recommended pickle

J.Unfortunately we were waiting 45 minutes during the middle of the day just to order. We then were told they had run out of Wicked Wings and also gotten another one of our orders wrong. Very disappointed with this service but food we received was yummy.
n.Great food but long wait in drive-through despite not being too busy.
T.Food was great when I got it, I stood there for about 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged, 3 people looked me in the eye but said nothing, the young man that did serve me was very nice.
J.What a beautiful restaurant! I loved the traditional western 1870's styled interior decor, complete with the slave owner's portrait (the white man on the sign below "KFC"). Definitely recommend for the throwback to the glory days.

j.They were super busy, missed counted our chicken we were short a piece, so they have put our name in the book and will give it to us at our next visit, thank you, all nice staff at the north end, best one in Dunedin to go to. They should go and train kaikorai valley one, shocking service and staff.
W.Typical KFC. Make sure you check your order before you leave. All KFC stores only have a 50:50 chance of filling your order correctly thru the drive thru.
M.Very slow customer service had 1 person on the counter completing 1 order at a time and about 10 people waiting so service took ages. But once the food came out was nice and hot and tasted nice so because of the end product it got a 3 star not a 1star from me
J.Slow service, part of meal order held up and they left the part of meal that was ready out on bench instead of keeping warm. Food was very tasty so at least that was good.
M.The employees looked as if they wanted to end themselves. Not their fault, just the cheap owners who refuses to allocate adequate numbers of staff and rather have customers waiting 15+ minutes in line.
M.Great fast food option for chicken lovers. The chicken could be very salty at times. Conveniently located in the student area. Watch for KFC coupons on offer online to get great value. There is a drive through but it could be a long wait on Friday evenings.
N.Got the food out about 20 seconds after I ordered it which is good, but the place is a bit grubby. As long as you eat somewhere not in the store and don't think about it then you're fine. It's KFC.

S.The staff forgot to put the burger in my order and I only realised when I got home. Despite having no receipt as I went through the drive through, they were more than happy to compensate me and gave me a whole second meal for free. Excellent customer service from them.

A.Sadly they appeared to be short staffed, the queue was out the door, and the tables were all filthy. That aside the staff all worked well under pressure and the food was good
J.The food was great but waiting 25 minutes to get to the window after placing order seems a bit excessive even with the restrictions.
B.I love this KFC... No mater the time it's always yummy and hot. And the crew there never stuff my order up.. puts Auckland KFC's to shame.
V.My favorite kfc in N.Z. Awesome service , friendly faces, and the food was just right unlike most kfc I go to which has gravy tasting like flour.lol
L.Nz twisters are different from Australian ones. They have onion, which is an improvement, but I think it was missing the pepper mayo, which is the whole reason to get a twister. If I'm wrong and they had just run out without telling me, I will stand corrected.
d.wasn't too busy, nice fresh cooked chicken, the best I've had for ages. clean & tidy eating area & helpful staff
