Great pub meals and atmosphere. Steak burger had two decent pieces of steak in it. Definitely recommend as a stop on your way south.

The service was great from the time we walked through the front door. The restaurant was well laid out with an indoor and outdoor areas and very clean and spacious. The Menu is small but tasty and the staff are friendly they have a good bar. They also have steak Wednesday Rump, RibEye. In a nutshell a nine out of ten.

We must eat here too often as the waitress knows how I like my steak cooked!!! They are lovely here and look after the kids well. The meals are a bit more pricey than your average pub meal, but they are worth it! The Surf n Turf is pretty good! Update: they also have cheaper smaller options for meals now which is great if you want a lighter option. The chicken filo is delicious and the service is always amazing :-)

Saved. Finally someone was OPEN. We just traveled the scenic route from Bluff with no food since breakfast. Its 4.15pm. Coffee, cake and service was awesome, sorry to disturb your very late lunch. The building has ambiance in the cafe with a fireplace. There was slso bar facilities which we did not use

Really lovely experience. Clean, bright and airy. Choice of dining inside or out. Meals are beautiful. Choice of beautiful fresh fish on the menu. Wheelchair friendly too. Plenty of parking. A must to visit for a lovely down to earth friendly greeting and service from the employees. Very popular place.

A good meal that was relatively well priced. I had the blue cod (sand perch) and thought that the pieces were smaller than I would have expected from most places. They have a wide selection of drinks available from the bar including numerous sugar-free types. I would definitely eat here again even though it is a bit out of town. The service was very polite and didn't hover like some places like to do.

Pub 5 star, restaurant maybe 3.5 Felt a bit rushed by staff and it wasn't busy, small portion, don't expect to pay extra for sald or fries when paying $35 for a main but very tasty/well cooked. Beautiful place

Amazing burgers a meals and are worth the price

Our lunch, a vegetarian platter and tomato soup, was very well presented. Just a shame it took so long (21 mins) to arrive and when it did the soup was only warm. I told the waitress who took it away to reheat which took another 12 (!!!) minutes. However it was very hot second time round and delicious.

Decor ok and staff were friendly. When one of our party ordered the sole, she was told it was off the menu and then proceeded to tell us the pulled pork burger was also off as she (the waitress) had eaten the last portion the night before. She then said they could offer lamb or chicken so I opted for the lamb. When it arrives it was a big disappointment. I had assumed it was going to be a.pulled lamb burger or a freshly made lamb mince burger with herbs etc but no it looked like something had defrosted from pal n save. The other gripe was that they are charging city prices and we didn't feel the food was worth it.

Stopped by here for a coffee and a quick bite. That’s chai latte I had was very nice and so was the pie and chips. All hot and tasty with friendly staff. There is a nice fenced off area outside which was good with my 3 year old daughter.

We loved our meals .... blue cod and chips were delicious, lovely batter... and the Surf and turf was a great selection of seafood. Our desserts of Banoffie Pie and Sticky Date pudding finished off a beautiful meal.
