Very clean area, and staff are kind. Having drunk students 24/7 must be tiring, yet they manage very well and always carry such a great attitude. As a former McDonald's crew trainer, I can say that it is definitely hard to be able to maintain such a great attitude when greeted by plenty of rude/ rowdy people. Plenty of smiles, and food is always smoking hot. Well done!

Great place to have Mackers with family and friends. Their Dine-in place is adequate enough and the indoors are nice comfortable Their customer services could be better as at times have to wait Longer for your Order number to collect food form counters. Some staff busy talking with each other and not bringing the Dine- in order as you have to get it yourself usually; it depends on the staff and on the day you visit their branch. Their customer services needs to Improve!

It was an excellent McDonald's! However I am STILL yet to see the titular Ronald in any capacity. As such I can only give the restaurant a 4/5. All it would take is seeing Ronald behind the till or on the fryer once in a while. As it is, it feels like Mr McDonald isn't truly passionate about his unique brand of restaurants and if it's hard for him to be passionate about the restaurant it's impossible for me to be passionate about the restaurant.

Came here with my youngest daughter for a late treat in the night and ordered using the touch screen service in store and was pretty happy about the whole ordering experience and when we received our order, thank you and hope to come in again sometime

Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail here. The steamed bun cheeseburger was one of the best I’ve had. They accidentally gave my friend 8 nuggets instead of 10 but were happy to promptly rectify the mistake. Chips were salted properly and the habanero mcchicken was truly spicy and full of flavour. As an ex maccas employee I have nothing bad to say about this place at all.

Can be quite busy during school holidays. Not as many tables as they used to have. Upper floor now leased out for offices. Friendly service. No charging for cellphones. They removed power points.

The best McDonald's in town in terms of spacial layout but still serves the same greasy food as the rest. If you like McDonald's food then I'd recommend it. If not then the food is just like any other McDonald's so it's nothing special. Very accessible despite being in the middle of town. Being so accessible is very commendable!

Its 3am in the morning. It's been a average night sifting through the clubs. You're eating your nuggs with bbq sauce and you text your m8 to pick you up at "maccas" He doesn't ask which one because he already knows. The pure convenience of this maccas and the speed at which those workers do their craft. A hunger buster packed and shipped in less the minute. One word......beautiful

Good McDonalds for a late dinner driving through Dunedin. We ordered a burger combo and coffee and found it to be cooked reasonably well and came out fast after ordered. The staff seemed patient and friendly and the seats were comfortable. There was toilet available and the whole place seemed clean and tidy/ recently refurbished. It was a late weekend night, so lots of students were about and the McDonalds was reasonably busy. Over all good meal, will probably come again if we are passing through.
