C.What separate this joint from the others Sal’s pizza is that this one has a bar where you can have some beers, pizza & watching a live game on TV. Very clean & relaxing place.
K.Yum! Between x2 people we spent just under $60 dollars. We got the full pizza, six garlic knots and a pepperoni wheel. The smell of the food was absolutely divine. And the food certainly didn't disappoint. Plenty of flavour and cooked to perfection. Enough food for two meals , dinner and lunch the next day. Their may be a wait on your meal but it's worth it. Will definitely be going back
A.Delicious pizza! Unfortunately quite pricey so we can hardly justify the cost. If you are going, grab a pepperoni wheel; you won’t regret it.
S.Wow! I was very impressed with the options and the flavour of the food. That pepperoni wheel is amazing! I loved having the chili flakes and herbs shakers and the price was pretty good. I was expecting Sal's to be good but I wasn't expecting it to challenge for the best pizza in the city. Well done!
P.Awesome location, lots of seating so can sit down or take away. Have tried quite a few of them, if you like a little bit of spice would highly recommend the buffalo otherwise the Manhattan is a must. Staff are super friendly and they have a great range of beers on tap. Will be back soon.
L.Ordered online and collected. No wait and pizza tasty. Have dined in as well, can recommend buffalo wings that come with traditional celery stick accompaniment.

B.Always a good time coming home to Dunedin and hitting Sal’s. Buying by the slice is a great alternative to buying a whole pizza , mix it up and try all the varieties.
The buffalo sauce is a fav for sure !

I.Yeah gotta say, definitely some of the better pizza in Dunedin, a little (lot) more expensive than dominos or Pizza Hut, but you can definitely taste the difference in quality!
