Nice burger and fast service. I went on their first day so too much probably shouldn't be read into this. First day nerves were definitely present. Everything is vegan - there's a range of mayo type things to buy and 3 burgers. We tried two of them, the brekkie and the Mexican. They arrived quickly. They were tasty as hell. The patties could do with a bit more bite - they were a bit too mushy for my taste. The bread was nice but the buns were a bit big. The sweetcorn in my sweetcorn chutney mostly fell out the bun - a bit more gel around it would sort that - it was nice to eat on its own after the burger. All in all a very promising start despite my seemingly glass half empty approach to review writing. $12 is steep for a burger but I think the target audience is firmly middle class - we can afford that right? I couldn't find any napkins - hopefully just an oversight.
