Very friendly staff great decor and atmosphere. We had pizza and chips which were very tasty.

Nice night life but super filthy bathroom facilities. Had friends and family catch bacterial infections from this place so it's best to attempt to avoid the restrooms in this place.

I have been waiting to visit this place and it did not disappoint. Great offering, great team. Highly recommend the Robert Muldoon 20' pizza. Will have you sussed for lunch the following day as well. An absolute must visit in Dunedin

We popped by here for a quick lunch when we were in Dunedin for a day from our cruise.. Fish and chips and crispy pulled pork with egg on toast with jam... It was amazing!! I also tried their injected lemon custard donut and flat white.. that is some good coffee and donut!

Suburbia would suit a younger sort of person after 11pm as I felt a little out of place when calling in for some drinks & a dance after a friends birthday. If you are under 25 then you would love this place. Upstairs is a little quieter but if you are looking for a more full on dance scene, head downstairs. Be warned, the loos take forever to get to.
