Really hard to find the front door to this place... their usual front door has a notice saying exit only... fair enough... but a notice to get to the current front door would be a great help. Finally got in, and really enjoyed my Iced Latte, cheers

Some of the people speaking through the drive thru need to calm down with their "is that all" every 5 seconds... Some are nice but others just sound like they can't be bothered... Change your job then... 🤔

Used the self order screen and chose the counter pickup option. Our order was ready in good time. The girl at the counter did not greet or farewell us and didn't seem very confident about completing our order. Burgers were tasty and satisfying but the fries were not salted at all! Also, during our wait, a staff member mopped the area in front of the counter and the entry doors, which made it slippery and as I left I nearly lost my footing!

Have taken away the free refill station, quite busy at times, staff do become flustered and all customer service goes out the window. Cleanliness is good, although rubbish bins do get full and take a while to be emptied

I rarely get takeaways so this was a treat. I parked the car and walked in as the queue at the drive-in window was long. I used the touch screen menu system to order my meal with success this time! There were stools to perch on nearby and the wait was not long, quicker than the order number board display led me to believe. I didn't get serviettes... do they not come in the bag anymore? The grilled chicken burger was tasty (a little too much mayonnaise which dropped out) and having the choice of a hashbrown instead of fries was excellent. Cardboard packaging to recycle yayyy

A fairly normal Maccas. I was only in there for $1 hot chocolates. The hot chocolates didn't seem to show up on the self-service machines so we had to order in person. The staff were very kind and the place was fairly clean. The location is unfortunate as we almost didn't go in. We thought the awful smell was coming from Maccas but instead it was coming from KFC across the road. Once we went in it smelt normal.

My favourite mcdonalds in the Manawatu and I don't even live in Feilding. I think out of the many times I've been here they have missed something (mayo sachet) once and they corrected it without an issue. Staff are always polite and friendly. Its such a popular place so can be busy but it's worth the wait

Typical of any McDonalds for food and service, the staff cleaned the inside tables twice while we were there. The playground wasn't the best for younger children as access for a parent to get to their child in an emergency is dificult. Also being outside there was a high amount of exhaust fumes from the traffic at the roundabout.

Make sure you check your order in the drive through so many times they have got it wrong especially when you order more than two different menus. Most the staff don't look like they want to be working there.
