Visited them for a takeaway. Went through drive through service. Payment and order is delivered from the same window. The entrance to their drive through is not easily noticeable. Onsite parking available. No KFC in Balclutha. So, if u r badly after KFC, then this would be the only option. But nevertheless, junk foods.

They have given me the nicest size kiwi blue I have ever seen , but they did not ask for my vaccine pass so not very law obliging if you ask me . Also my friends were sad here for some reason maybe something wrong in the atmosphere

Coleslaw already opened old and brown, potatoe n gravy was very lumpy and tasted weird,chips were really brown and missing a wicked wing.. just how I like it lmao 5 stars..

Long time to get service. Would be be great to have more than one person serving at lunch times..but the young girl was doing well by herself.

The shift supervisor served, friendly and efficient. The store was clean and the toilets also. Not crowded and so a choice of seats. The food was excellent - hot and spicy. It was hot and the chicken was just yummy. The four of us left quite satisfied.

Gore KFC is the nicest we as a family have ever had....not a greasy bucket of sludge swimming in fat like Dunedin or Alexandra. There was so much grease on the Alexandra shop floor I almost did the front splits.... It is really good to know KFC can be done well....Very well done guys!

Hit and miss to be honest. Extra seasoning often missed off order. Giving feedback via the receipt as advised has thus far not resulted in any change or even a courtesy call.

In all the years I have been going there only once have they not filled my order properly however after a lovely chat with a nice young man there we were treated too extras with our next order when we went in...Great service and friendly staff who greet you with a smile.

KFC in Gore their chicken seems to be thicker and pressure I'm better cook than other KFC restaurants of been to before but I've only just moved here to Gore so it's been probably for 1/2 years since I've been to KFC but the gore one deserves to five stars the people that work there were very kind helpful and happy car mods for much more now see you again every two and a half weeks

Food was reasonably good no big issues there but the dinning erea was discusting and filthy . Kids using it as a hang out place without ordering food. Didn't impress us much.

The food is really good and I always go there, most of the staff are really nice. There was this one girl though who kept on staring at me while I waited for my order and she made me feel very uncomfortable, I believe her name was Olivia Dale. It was really creepy and I do not appreciate being stared at for that long.

Yesterday I had lunch here, the tables weren't clean. It took awhile for them to take our order even though the person in front of us had already ordered. The food was alright. Staff were pretty alright as wel. Not award winning service but overall it was pretty alright....

Lady that served me was having trouble understanding what i wanted i repeated several times still got my meal wrong she was young an India seemed nice she didnt have a training badge on so should have known her job maybe needs retrained

I stopped in yesterday a lovely lady called Trish served us, she was flat at and very nice, a lot of people could learn from Trish, excellent service, she should be training staff around the country, especially kaikorai valley Dunedin

I decided to walk in and not drive through. Not my best idea.by the time the only server had served the 5 people on front of me and had served me the car I would have been behind plus another 5 cars had departed. I was waiting for 48 min. The food was hot and good. The poor lady was a bit frantic.
