T.Food quality is generally sub-par; sushi is okay, chips are overcooked, and the spicy chicken donburi is some of the toughest, driest, overcooked chicken I've ever had. Today, it was so tough that my plastic fork bent back and just attempting to chew on it actually snapped the metal retainer attached to my bottom teeth. I've tried the spicy chicken a few times now, each time hoping that I just got a bad batch that had been sitting out in the heater for too long, but today was my last.
On the upside, customer service is good; the checkout operators are always very friendly and getting a refund for that nasty chicken was quick & easy. I'd recommend just staying away from that particular dish.
A.When I study in the library I have a chance to have these shusi but today I bought a cup ramen n the owner gave me free shusi because it is nearly finish time. How sweet she was. the staffs are always friendly and the food are good. thanks.
L.Nice chips, we came a bit later in the day so not as big a range. Definitely recommend if you're fleeing Hillcrest High School
T.Great range and quality sushi. Fast and moderately priced. Best to go during middle of day when they have more choice.
L.Dim sim was dry and chewy, could have been sitting in the warmer for too long. Not enjoyable sorry.
