J.Drive thru and parking have a confusing layout. I always have to check my bag before driving off because they've forgotten things often. Nice staff though, always helpful when I have to get out of my car to fix an order.
J.I like Burger King, Te Rapa the most. I used to be a weekly regular when my children were younger. Now I only go every 3 months or so and there meals are consistently good, as far as fast food burgers go. They have never forgotten any of my order over the past 20 years. Unlike the other fast burger place down the road, lol
T.I like coming and dining at this establishment. Just recently they've removed the Time Zone area. Kids were disappointed. But the delicious food made up for it.
S.There should be no need to actually not mix up a xustomers food. Not ok that it happened. The drink machine isn't properly pumping out the correct drink. Food also been incorrectly. - customer has ordered different burger and 1 was made different instead.
A.Food was hot and fresh. Staff were polite. Easy and cheap treat meal.
T.Always clean, tidy. Located on busy intersection, but easy access to it and it drive through. Only wished there a 24 hrs Burger King Thurs, Fri and Sat in Hamilton
H.Food was great, but churros were under cooked again 🤨 Even the new batch was not cooked evenly. Won't order them again

M.Best Burger King I've been to - 2 visits this week and both times the restaurant has been clean, tidy, no dirty tables. The guys cleaning have been doing a great job, and the food has been good.

B.Suitable place to take the kids out to eat and burn some energy as they also have time out gaming arcade. Lots of seating. Exiting burger king grounds can be quite busy and complicated as you must cross a left turn lane if your not going that way, and two straight ahead lanes to get to the right turn lane.
W.Had a bad experience with my uber order. Usually good with food and temp of food when through drive through and dine in. The company went over and beyond to fix its mistake Nd were very apologetic. It took some time to get back to me on my complaint but in the end made up for it largely and impressed how they handled it. The service is good so far no problems since the uber issue. Will still buy from here as food is still too notch

C.Sticky floors and just generally dirty dining area. Only one mixer available for drinks despite 4 being advertised. That being said, food was hot and fresh and service was friendly

W.Nice meal the burger was nice but just a bit heavy on the mayonnaise the fries were hot and at last they had ice in there drink unit. A major bouns as othet burger king places dont have ice as it is always empty. The restaurant was clean and tidy the staff are nice
T.Drive thru was bit slow
M.BKs is not the top of my list of fast food providers, but it's streets ahead of McDs. The food is, well, fast food and relitavely consistent as you'd expect, but there's a few things about the site that bears mention. The tile floor always feels greasy, like a recent spillage wasn't cleaned up, even when it's just been cleaned. It looks clean and there's no visual evidence of residual muck, so it has to be the type of protective coating. It's just a yuk feeling under my feet that gives the impression my feet will skip with each step.
There is heaps of off-street parking but the only driveway exit is diabolical because you're exiting a handful of cars away from one of the busiest controlled intersections in the area.
B.We don't go often,it is always a delight, the service is quick,the food is delicious and it's reasonably quiet .
R.It took few minutes to be noticed so I could make my order. But all the rest just fine. A Bit dirty around the new drink machine, I understand it's hard to keep clean. But it was very sticky. If they could clean it more often would be nice. And there was only one customer. Not busy at all. So they could really have cleaned it for sure.
M.The lady at the counter was really knowledgeable. She knew the deals and gave great advice how to get the best meal for the cheapest price.
D.Man these guys have excellent customer service! Don't know if its just me but most fast food places in Auckland don't give two hoots about quality customer service.
Food was cooked to a high calibre, came out in a short amount of time. The resteraunt was quiet at the time but very clean. Me and my partner had a bit of time to kill so we played Air Hockey in their arcade.
M.Ordered through drive-through on a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't busy. Our fries were cold, ask for replacement and was given fresh hot fries. Food was pretty good with no further complaints.
R.Was ok, friendly staff but took a while to order but expected due to Covid-19 at the time of ordering and finally location bit hard to enter when heading against traffic oh and parking was a little wanting.

R.I am giving this Burger King a five star rating simply for the best service received by a staff member named "Thomas". This guy deserves a raise, he was so patient and polite. I used the bk app via drive thru and from experience I know how tricky redeeming rewards can be, some workers get annoyed with explaining the process. Thomas walked me through the process so calmly and there was even a new problem to sort and he spoke to his manager about how to approach it and "Thomas" even made a suggestion which she agreed on, that shows good leadership skills. Thanks Thomas for a great service and for showing great skills under pressure, you're awsome!! Its hard getting through things but keep it up 👍!!

D.Not too bad. Had the most polite lady serve me last night! Usually they are arrogant and seem like you're bugging them by ordering food. Burgers are usually pre made and stale by the time you get them
S.I eat here more than 10 times because it's easy park here. Staff here are patient and quick. Generally it's quite busy around 12:00 pm lunch time, so if you are hungry try to avoid this period.
It's necessary to improve the stationary condition around the auto-drinks machine, because many people spill drinks on the floor and it's sticky when walk through here. Even the cleaner is a hard-working man, this problem never be sorted out. I suggest to put a mat here with daily clean.
The food is good but sometimes the fried chicken is too dry.

A.Burger king Te rapa is almost as good as bk Wellington airport. It gets a slight point off for the small men's toilet, and I'm not sure about the disabled toilet.
Definitely good to see a separate area for games, and the staff were considerate while cleaning.
Service was great and very fast because they don't have a drive through tying up a staff member.
R.I have been BK te rapa today with my kids. Ordered my meals at the counter .Girl was on counter with glasses very friendly . Her name is Ruby that"s what i saw on the name batch .She was really soft spoken and very helpful for choosing meals. She had a good knowledge about all their meals and she was explaining everything very nicely as my kids was asking lot about it.And yes our meals been made on time and was nice and delicious.Well done burger king and and very good staff keep it up.
N.It was very busy long ques but the staff we're absolutely fabulous. Only waited 2 minute's for my meal, I was astounded, thought I'd be waiting longer, well done BK staff.
T.Nice fast food place. Personally I do not like the beef patty. No taste and bland. This is 2 star. But the chicken is great, and the staff are friendly which gives it a 3 star.

G.It's a burger bar, and you can expect it to be such. Drive through and resturant service are reliable and quick. Menu is high calorie comfort food, soild, enjoyable and a "sometimes food", as cookie monster would say. I've felt that this place should be more successful than it is, but the traffic entrances and exits are awkward; you have to make a clear decision to go here and navigate awkward traffic flows. Thus I've rated lower. Their breakfasts are particularly satisfying if you are trying to substitute calories for sleep.
O.Inconsistency with service and food quality. Sometimes I go and get quick and friendly service. Other times I have to wait to be served and even then it's a person with an attitude. The times I have to wait are usually when I get the Whoppers that look slapped together.
A.The fourth time to visit. A much better experience than my last visit. Usually always rude and their customer service really sucks. What made it different was the smile and order taking of this lovely young man with 1 arm. Apologetic and sincere. ☺
S.On this trip, i give our custodian a five start. Not bk... ###roy (forgot the name) was a fantastic breath of freshair then most in the fast food industry. Jokes were flying, personality and mannerism was fantastic and a smile and a willing to just be there for you.... cheers buddy, you made my night enjoyible as i was whatching the way you interacted while i was eating fresh hot chips.
