P.First time eating Carl's and was impressed. Never eating maccas again!! We had meals in photo. Very satisfying, well prepared and generous size. Endless drinks but only tried l&p lemon and ginger beer and loved it. Will definitely go again as many more tasty morsels to try!! Good prices across the board. Good friendly staff.
D.Got my order wrong despite repeating it to two people since the first person couldn't seem to understand me when I was asking questions. Food was ok not the best fast food in my opinion..
N.Haven't been here in a couple of years as I moved back to Auckland. Even in the red Covid setting, these guys are still on point. I ate in. Good queue there too. Keep it up

6.Great tasting burgers chips are quite nice too I love their Jim Beam bourbon burger burger serve quite hot through drive through not like most fast food places that serve your meal semi lukewarm worth your time to go a little bit out of the way to get a Carl's Jr burger vs a McDonald's burger sizable burgers in my opinion it's like a cheap version of gone burger in regards to size and price and quality and that's not an insult as gone burgers burgers are the best in Hamilton I don't tend to go through into the place itself so I don't know much about the interior of Carl's Jr but the drive-thru is quite quick
M.Best fast food burger possible. Older lady Maori serving was so polite and made order easy, just what we needed after a hard day Thanks. Clean Restaurant and even Table serving. Still 5 star ⭐ even though the maybe manager lady was abusive to the serving lady out loud. If I had the money I would have paid the server dinner as she didn't deserve public shaming.

C.I come here once a week either to dine in or drive thru. Never had a problem with the service even on peak hours. If the food here were healthy I would have given 5 stars. Lol

T.The staff member couldn't find the burger I was asking for in the computer to start with. Burger was nice but more healthy ingredients would have been nice for the price. Other than that a nice meal. I like the chips with skins on as they are healthier. The ice cream is very nice being hand scoped the best out of all the take aways! The ginger beer is good on tap a nice change from the normal coke range!
J.Great customer service and the food was good. The young female who served us was very professional and friendly, and always smiled. She knew the menu and what was in each burger etc. Made our outing that much more special. She definitely knew how to look after the customers and was very patient and polite. Best customer care I've had in ages..

L.Just a standard take away restaurant. Really needed better and more enticing options for little kids. The burgers in general are good. I loved my Alabama Chicken burger. The teens love the milkshakes with the whipped cream on top. Would have preferred a much more family vibe restaurant but it's quick and easy.

A.Great place for family out where we took my aunty and her new hubby for reception cause we missed theirs and they loved it.
S.Always love coming to this particular store! Whenever I'm there it's usually with a large group (around 12-16 people) and they take our orders and we receive them all nearly perfect! They also pop over and make sure that everyone has everything and are more than happy to swap burgers if we got the wrong ones etc. Lovely staff and clean store as well

A.Everytime i go i always get the vege burger combo! its always made fresh, my fries are a hit and miss though, sometimes fresh sometimes not. Fast service though :) also should give mayo and tomato sauce out in each takeaway bag!

B.Always Quality. And always delivered hot through Uber Eats. The Philly Cheesesteak is a masterpiece and these guys don't do it too badly. In fact they're the only people locally who do it, and I vibe with that.
Also highly recommend adding jalapeños to their big carl burger and to the Philly cheesesteak. It brings a-whole-nother level. of intensity and deliciousness...!
E.Blows mc Donald or burger king out of the water. If you haven't had carls you've gotta. Friendly team.

m.I have only been here once and the lady that worked there was cool she gave us a pretty cool hook up no delay in service and the food to me was actually all good for the money I paid.
M.Best takeaway food money can buy. Would give 5 stars but you didn't pick me to be the Carl's Jr food taster which broke my heart tbh. The chilli cheese fries are a recommended upgrade.

B.Meal was great. Regular chips are perhaps a bit small for adult but burger size generally makes up for it. Great tasting none-the-less.
Q.Quality has steadily declined since opening. The tables and chairs feel dirtier, the staff less friendly, condiments no longer offered (jalapeno and pickles). Food quality has also slowly slid down over time.
L.First visit, we all loved it. Tidy, clean, great food.
C.The ice cream is sooo good! The burgers are filling and very tasty. Wait in the drivethru is busy at peak times but still an acceptable waiting time. Staff are always so great.

K.been there a few times, good food but I went there last Thursday 17th June. I went into the drive through.... and no one answered me at the order box. I got angry drive through to find lights were off and yet there were cars there and this AFTER 9am

L.The service is always great, the food is always delicious and hot (or cold in the case of their drinks and desserts!), and the restaurant is always tidy. I couldn't recommend it more.
