H.We visited this place last week and it was absolutely lovely experience, I came with my friends from China, delicious food and good service👌👌👌
but today, OMG, it was so dissatisfied and absolutely not polite, the lady tried to sell me more than I wanted and ordered, I don't like so pushing service but it's all right.... I've asked to change one Yam Cha side, just to replace prawns on the Tofu, because I ordered tosts but I've confused a bit and asked to change it, I just didn't know exactly what was the meal is and was shy to ask, because the waiter wasn't friendly enough... The side wasn't touched and I expected that it can be changed with no any problems, but it wasn't,
It would take only a couple of minutes to change this small thing, I didn't ask something incredible, only that...
Hope they will improve their approach to the customers, because food actually is very good here👍

I was here not first time and before we always had an excellent service when I came with my friends from China... And this time I was in so good mood and wanted to enjoy my visit but I've confused a bit...I only asked to replace bread and tofy, I know exactly that it is not hard at all,it doesn't cost much for the restaurant... you guys could use the same prawns and put in on the Tofu instead bread, I expected kind attitude but didn't get it... so we didn't touch any food and just left because your service hurted me and I apologise that I didn't pay but nothing was touched and I would like to remind you, that when I came before order and during service the waiter tried to sell me more and more, i accepted that as a rather rude behaviour.. And I was sure that you appreciate your customers much more...
Sorry about that anyway, but I hope I explained everything, my actions was caused only by your attitude. It is sad for me to see that a restaurant with so delicious food can't provide the best service.

Q.Probably the best dim sum/yum char in Hamilton. Most of the dishes are well above average in quality. Pricing seems reasonable. Service is relatively quick. Has become quite popular since they've started operating in Hamilton. While not the best you will have, it's quite good for Hamilton standards.

C.Best Chinese restaurant in Hamilton. Just opened recently and place is already packed on peak hours. Delicious food and heaps of small orders to choose from. Plenty of staff around so queue times are usually short, and food carts cut the wait times as well. Highly recommended

J.Excellent food. Best yum cha style restaurant I've been to. Could do with some upgrading in terms of decor especially the self serve cutlery and sauce station. Having 'stuff on the end of dish titles is a bit of a giggle
R.Food was delicious especially their salted egg custard bao! Perfectly done! 4 star for the lack of service and even though it was self service for utensils and cutleries, they didn't have any on the shelves and had to ask for them multiple times. Thus the first round of food was cold by the time we got our plates etc. Other than service food was excellent and not ridiculous Auckland prices!

Ran out of rice and had to wait 30mins for a decent amount of rice.
Rice came without bowls .... which is unheard of. Never happened to me before in ANY Chinese restaurant.
When I finally found the same waitress to ask for bowls, she asked how many instead of just getting us one bowl per person which is usually pretty standard.
Please improve your service.

s.The best Yum Cha in Hamilton, I did try several yum cha restaurants, but no restaurant like this good,quality food ,authentic taste and the price is much as food. Definitely back when I'm here.
A.Great services by one hard working person, look lik she is the boss. She is always checking you need anything, but not so for others, slow clear up tables or new clients.

M.For YumChar or any occasion dining with friends, family, or team dinner etc. The place is big enough to accomodate. Lots of dishes to choose from. Try their Salted fish and chicken fried rice for new palate adventure.
V.Best place in Hamilton for authentic Cantonese Yum Cha! And for the beef brisket on rice !! Place note that this restaurant opend from 11am to. 3pm, 5pm to late. 3~5pm is their lunch/rest/cleaning time.
S.Went here last night with a friend. Highly recommend. The yum cha food was nice and fresh, our wait staff were really friendly and smiley which made us feel welcome. Price was right too. We used to go elsewhere for yum cha but will come here from now on.
A.I loved the fried pork, shrimp and chive dumplings, and the roast pork and duck on rice were yummy. The chilli oil supplied in a jar on the table has a real kick to it, the portion sizes were good, the staff were friendly and the prices very reasonable. I can see why this place is busy, I'll happily return. My only criticism is entirely my own failing: I can't use chopsticks and it would be handy if knives and forks were offered

J.There have not been a good option for dimsum/yumcha in Hamilton for quite a while. We have been here twice in the recent time and have been delighted and surprised by the good quality of the food. Almost all the dim sum we ordered were made and cooked properly the way good dim sum should be. Dumplings flavourful with skins of the right texture and consistency. Rice rolls were delicious, so were the fried calamari. Looking forward to our next visit to Regal for yumcha
Y.The staffs there were really friendly and attentive to your needs; and the dim sums are nicely done and reasonably priced. Will definitely go back in the future, and I recommend anyone craving for dim sums to head there to get it fixed!

J.Had dinner here last night and we were very impressed by the quality of the dishes! Had salt and pepper squid (highly recommended) and the usual yum cha fare (sio mai, pork ribs, bbq pork buns, etc) and the flavour is trully next level! The staff are very friendly. Very nice interiors, clean toilets. Guess Victor's has finally found some real competition.
S.Food was tasty but service not so good. Firstly, we arrived and there was no que at the counter. i was asked if we were after a table and i said yes please. We patiently waited as approx 6 customers qued to pay all at once then we got frustrated as we had been standing waiting for some time. I said to the FOH that we need to seat and eat otherwise we cant wait as we had somewhere to be. He said you can sit over there and pointed at a table which was covered in dishes telling me it was ready. Maybe they need to hire more staff... Then we had a waitress who coughed over our table as she was serving food 😔Food was tasty and worth the wait but service needs improvement. We will be back to try again another time (hopefully when your not so busy).

V.The place is new which make it nice and clean. The yum cha is the best in hamilton so far with reasonable price (not cheap). Service was a bit lacking, probably because the restaurant was full at that moment.

The taste is not critical, but the service is not in place. Saturdays are generally good. This Sunday because the morning tea carts are always not coming to our table, so I simply ordered them all. Some dim sums were sold out and couldn't be ordered, but the waiter told us one after another, and waited 40 minutes to finish eating before asking us if the dishes were ready... and then there was none at all. What did you do in the previous 40 minutes? You don’t know what we ordered? It's incomprehensible... After eating for more than an hour at the last meal, I was still not full, so I went straight across the road to have afternoon tea.
