I went to grab pizza for my family - my 23yr old Grand Daughter was moving house and everyone helping - it was Atrocious weather - bucketed down All day! The staff at Hell Hillcrest were So friendly and Very helpful - A staff member helped me by bringing some items to the car The Pizza's were Delicious - tasy and well cooked - Everyone enjoyed them and Everyone had Plenty

Absolutely amazing service although it was super busy for these guys on Friday. I was served by Riley if I am not wrong was absolutely amazing person with a broad smile while serving in crazy busy environment. Pizza was super delicious and the staff in the kitchen was was working more than its capacity. Thank you guys for excellent service and delicious pizza.

I've been here a lot now and I can honestly say they have the best pizza around. The staff are super friendly and do a great job overall. However, they have gotten our order wrong twice now. I am usually uncomfortable asking for an order to be corrected. But the second time around I had built up the courage to ask, and I was super happy when they helped me out. This shows great customer service as they had the ability to fix a mistake without fuss. Another time when we received a dessert pizza, the woman said "sorry, I accidentally put on too much chocolate", which is actually the opposite of a mistake! Thank you Hell Pizza Hillcrest for making our day.

The staff were super amazing with helping us with our voucher. They managed to make our lives easier in light of the recent restrictions with level two. The food was spectacular also! Thanks again. Would recommend.

Placed our order over the phone for pickup and was told would take 15 minutes. Got there in about 5 minutes and had to wait for 15-20 minutes when a staff came over and said it going to take another 3-4 minutes. After the deluxe, we ordered a snack which took about half an hour. Funny thing is there were about 10 people working that time. The pizzas were good though. But felt like they took their own sweet time.

They were amazing. It just hit level 2 again in Hamilton and contactless payment. I had a gift card that wasn’t working online. I was trying to think of other ways of contactless payment. They just did it and made sure the order went through. They were very accommodating.

Good pizza. I mean it's Hells so it's always good. Just don't go there at the time they say, wait 5 or 10 more minutes. I don't think they have ever had an order ready at the time it says and I always wait between 5 and 25 minutes, even when I set a future time for it hours ahead.

Awesome pizza. Nice friendly staff. One of the best pizzas I have had in NZ. All you can eat on wednsdays 1830-2030 for 12$ but it gets quite crowded and as soon as a pizza comes out everyone is rushing for it. I diddent brother and just ordered my own double pizza.

Hillcrest Hells Pizza! After being caught in traffic after Nightglow 2019, I stopped in at Hells. The server was thorough & the Pizza was delicious. Definately worth waiting out the traffic here.
