Reviews of KFC Frankton
R.Service is usually great and also the reason they score this high. The last 3 visits in as many weeks has been wrought with missing menu items and incorrect syrup ratios for beverages. I could embellish but the facts are what they are.
D.I eat KFC at the most once per 2 months. It's been years since I visited this store. I was quite disappointed by the appearance of the store from the drive through window. As you can see there is food on the floor, food on the counter and lastly, seeing three cars in front of us stop their cars and run back to the window for what appeared to be mistakes in their orders.
On a positive note, the person taking our order was very professional. The person who presented the food was apologetic about the delay in preparing the order. They were busy and we totally understood the delay.
However, no serviettes in our order, The chicken seemed to not have the coating fully covering the chicken. The gravey seemed to be lumpy.
Could I suggest hiring older staff. Older people tend to be more aware of cleanliness and despite being busy, older people will maintain a high standard.
This is the first time I've complained about an experience with KFC. I do hope it's a one off experience and it could just be that.
Too the wonderful staff that were taking our order and handing our order. You were fantastic! Polite and friendly.
