Food was fresh last night. Good service but the restaurant was untidy. Food was left on a few tables and uncleared for a while. Tables weren't wiped. But the food was nice and fresh so that was algood. We just asked for our table to be wiped and they were came out to do so.

Average service at the best of times, I had to pick up my delivery order because it was nearly 2 hours late, half the staff are good, the other half clearly don't want to be there and couldn't organise drinking beer in a brewery.

Oh my gosh the KFC was beautiful, the chips were freshly cooked, my meal was great. I'm only wishing the chicken pieces weren't chick size, they used to be alot bigger lol. Plenty of parking an you can sit inside or outside to munch on Yr KFC. Good staff to

You know what to expect when you go to KFC right? This location has the best consistent quaility in town. It's usually pretty busy. If you get chicken and eat it in your car by the park you're likely to see a half dozen people doing the same thing.

Fantastic. Hot n spicy all year round is the reason we frequent this KFC. Food is always cooked perfectly. Didn't even need to ask for extra seasoning on my chips as they were perfect

Called into this KFC for a quick dinner with my elderly mother while staying in Hamilton. Service was fine. Food was average at best. Shame I got homeless person harass me for food while dining in but they were happy with my leftover chips and drink. Store was in serious need of cleaning

It was ok. Had trainee on but that was ok. Stopped the drink for coleslaw but still had to look in my bag and found no coleslaw even though they marked it when I payed. Buyer beware.

Superbly cooked Tongan delicacy. There i said it. Mate ma Tonga! The only issues i have are... The drive through is narrow like the gap between ancient Egyptian building blocks of the pyramids. And... When i ordered the family pack, i accidentally but intentionally asked for the diabetes pack for one Tongan please. What? What? Did i say something wrong here? Admit it... You thought it. I just said it. Delicious btw and I'll do it again.

excellent. delivery drivers need some training and delivery boss needs some manners. chicken is on point. orders are all there and very fast in drive thru. sometimes drive thru is quite packed though but worth it if youre waiting as is evident

After a pretty crappy day stuck in the hospital with my dad I came in to kfc to get a quick dinner. The store was pretty busy but the staff were super effiecint and our order was ready in no time. Thank you especially to the girl that served us, was so lovely asking how our night was going and being super friendly. Didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair. You guys rock and made my day so much better. Plus the food was great!

There aren't many drive throughs where you dont see the menu until you get to the booth where you order & pay. Very inefficient, & alot slower than other chains. The drive through often backs up onto the road at busy times. When that happens, & we're in a rush, we go to BK. Often quicker to park & go inside. Staff friendly, Chicken hot & tasty. Chips soggy, as always.

like i have said before all fast food outlets are mutch the same bur there toilets are no KFC HAM EASTfor example no liquid soap? imagine how many people could orvdid not wash thier hands makes you sick to think what they have touch ,igave them four ,iwont be back sorry

Typical KFC and mainly at nights the drive throw is full of cars. And sometimes going to buy takeaway food from the counter for take away is faster than drive throw. Also I noticed that when it is crowded at the weekend nights, they don't let you choose the pieces you want from the fried Chicken

Famously busy Drive-Thru...No good for larger vehicles as turns are really tight. Paydays and weekends evenings best to be avoided if you are impatient. Quicker to park up and go to the counter at these times. Depending on how busy they are, the chicken can vary from fresh and piping hot, to warm and mundane.

My aunty Maria works here & she is always a delight to encounter. The food is great. In fact me & a friend were discussing what KFC was best. We both agreed Hamilton East was one of the best but had a slightly different opinion between Greenwood & The Cbd KFC. I liked the Cbd, my friend liked greenwood.

If you haven't hear of kfc it is a fast food place that does fried chicken (the only good part of it being the skin) and chips (*tip* when asking for chips ask for extra seasoning on them as most of the time there is hardly any seasoning on them) they also do chicken burgers but chicken and chips is their main thing. Overall kfc is meh but personally I can't stop eating it.

One of the better KFC locations in Hamilton. Wicked wings are actually spicy unlike another location in town. Sometimes forget extra bread buns or potato gravy however which can be frustrating.

Went into grey street KFC and ordered a hot and spicy lunch and was welcomed by a very friendly Team member (Brittney) she was very friendly as well as efficient and the food was DELICIOUS!!! She deserves a promotion!!!!

Sometimes it is not easy to park and depending on the traffic it can be a bit tricky to drive off. Krusher machine is often broken and sometimes I need to call for assistance. But staff is usually smiling and kind.
