Could be better. Burger tasted fresh (well as fresh as a Maccas burger could get). Asked for a large Sundae, got a small. And when I told the guy. All he said was, "well you paid for a small..." I said "well I asked for a large, so can I please have my large, I'll pay the difference." Got it with no extra charge. So that was good. Thank you

It's McDonald's, it's the same everywhere. But this is cleaner and roomier than most. Packed today with Saturday shopping but still found a table for a cup of tea and some work.

The staff working on this current shift were amazing! The best frozen coke in New Zealand but maybe the world to be honest. I really mean it! Seriously good.. so fluffy. Me and my friends ordered a whole new one because it was so good. So good!!!

Food was prepared quickly and tasted great. Cleanliness of the store was a bit poor. No one cleaning tables at all between customers. I was working there for 2 hours and saw no one cleaning at all. Where I sat there was spilled drink and sauce which was dried on and very sticky, so not fresh at all. Drive thru available. Not a huge amount of parking, although 4 disabled parks. Toilets were ok. A busy site. Power points and USB points available at a high bench. Not the best for working at though.

Wow my friend an I had McDonald's last Saturday out on Te Rapa Hamilton, it was yummy. Burger was big, chips fresh an hot... I wanted to guts them down my neck but I ate them slowly lol. And a cool large drink, filled us both up. Nice lunch loved it

They were closing at 10.30pm due to Xmas. We got there at around then without realizing the closing time but they still let us in which was nice! They were friendly with the service even though you could tell they've had a hard day. Props to the crew for doing a great job 👌👌👌

Went through the Drive through. Always check your order! Didn't find out until we got home that the chicken Mcnugget Happy meal was without the main item, yep, the mcnuggets. Too hoha to go back.

Service is hit and miss, more than omce they missed my order completely. On another occasion i asked if they could wipe the table as it was sticky with spilt coke, it never happened and i had to eat on it still. Lastly on an occasion the bills and tops were so full i had nowhere to put my rubbish. I emailed on each occasion and got a free $1frozen coke for the inconvenience. Just do the drive thru

We stop in here after school almost daily, when it's hot, for either an ice cream or frozen drink. On Karate days we buy dinner, happy meals. The reason for 3 stars is that my daughter likes to get the hotcake happy meal but doesn't like hashbrowns. It always depends who is on if we can change it to fries. Although I have asked if the reason it can't be changed on the till screen is because it wasn't updated when breakfast crossed over to all day I never get an answer and instead I get attitude as if I'm asking for their first born lol. Also we pretty much have to do a song and dance to get their attention when using front counter as there isn't an option to add a flake to a soft serve, or maybe I'm just blind. Service here depends on who's on but usually a friendly crew

Poor buggers 2 weeks now and they are still battling without another coke machine meaning they have to fill cups where we do to make orders for drive through...Place needs a tidy up but because there isn't time to do that with all busy mucking around filling up bloody drive through cups...Bins are full floors need attention windows need a proper wash and not just a damp cloth, toilets need a professional cleaner...PLACE NEEDS A TIDY UP AND YOU NEED MORE STAFF ON TO DO IT...How about closing down for an hour every day to clean up.

The Almighty Texan burger/meal at $15 was was overpriced, and not very good. In fact this burger was just an oversized mcmuffin with a tangy sauce. Very disappointing indeed. The banana shake and fries were included, and tasted ok.

this place was very gross, i wont lie because i am honest in my reviews, rubbish scattered all over the floor, juice & sauce slightly smeared on the tables, huddles of chips on chairs, someone elses old meal still left dumped on.a table, it was so grubby i found it hard to find a tidy table to sit at, i found one i had to clean & then sit down at to eat. This was disgusting i will admit but they very desperately need more workers there so they can afford to have the place tidy consistently, even with the sloppy ppl making messes, if anyone or anybody you know is looking for an easy, goodish job then this is it, recommend it to people maybe so people in the future dont have to deal with this kinda thing too. ❤️

Sometimes service is a little slow when your the only one around, and had a few times where it wasn't busy but the inside of the store was a mess. But the foods good, the people are always polite.

There's always a time and a place for good old maccas. Still the most consistent of all the takeaways, you know what you're going to get. There are some healthyish swap out options for the happy meal too, but you have to know what to ask for. Have a look at the first menu board in the drive through, or look up online before you go. You can even swap the plastic toy for a book!
