Nice refreshing milk shakes. No real lines and you need to speak up to be heard. Look out for people especially the school kids pushing in. Busy place and noisy food court. Take a seat at the window.

I just wanted a meat patty - nothing else. They didn't give me grief about it (like another burger chain!), & sold me one. Yum!! Hit the spot!

It was a 1 star experience. Looks like I experienced the same issue as another Google reviewer here. No designated queues with multiple counters open. Ended got served after another person who arrived minutes later than myself. Things got even worse when the staff told me she sold the last muffin (at 930am) to that man who arrived after me! The condescending tone from the staff member made it much worse. I should have had that last muffin if they have any decent order system. Complained online. The store manager rang me the day after and apologized. He said he would sort out the queuing issue which I hope they will. Because of the prompt apology I gave them a few more stars. Hope my next visit there will be better.

Would recommend you habe the McDonald's app installed on your phone off you want the best deals. Bit pricey now compared to the good old days of five dollar combos. Good place to grab a quick lunch out of the office with the McDee's app and it's specials.

McDonald's need to have formal queue set up. NZers are woeful at queuing. After placing my order I watched people innocently queue jumping because it isn't clear where those waiting to order need to be. Come on McDonalds set something up.

At Maccas Hamilton There is a pleasant employee , well spoken polite nz european with glasses , looks about 25-30. Light brown hair Really is lovely and considerate without seeming plastic like your standard fast food workers - gives the brand a great look and I enjoyed the interaction

Mmm well it's quite good as I can get something to suit me amidst the hustle and bustle. Very interesting for observing humanity in its wonderful diversity. The Greek food is lacking in authenticity and presentation so try something else. Be great if there was a pita pit!

Awesome, except in Maori language week, had Maori language. Would like to enjoy meal without Maori language shoved down my through! A pity no rubbish bins to put rubbish in. Was surprised a few lazy customers leaving left over meal on their table, just walking off! Not hard to tidy up, put left overs in rubbish bin, or clean up area! Lazy modern kiwis? Nice meal, very good for electric bike. Nice place. I go there when I can. Please put leftovers away in rubbish! Is it that hard to do, or common lazy kiwi :-( a shame :-( otherwise nice place

Small store, but the busiest outlet in a busy food hall. This means the waits can be long, first to have your order taken, the to have it provided. Lunch time is especially terrible, because the food hall gets quite full. There is no playground, no cafe, no drive thru, just the maccas. The food is exactly what you would expect, if there is one thing you can say about maccas it is that they are consistent.

Great to have McDonalds in this food court. I usually have a chicken wrap or in this case a snack wrap. Enjoyed a coffee too while hubby had a burger and shake. Always good service here.

Friendly service, clean NZ MacDonald's service tends to be slower than in Australia, I have found this in multiple stores in NZ I have been in, it night be related to not having food always cooking due to lower population numbers The Hamilton store was not as slow as the Auckland airport ground floor store though, that one is painfully slow. The burger in the Auckland ground airport store was also overly oily, not so in the Hamilton store Indian accents tend to be harder to understand too. I'm not being racist, I managed a whole offshore Indian team for now than 5 years so I know the accent well! It might be to do with the Indian accent and the NZ accent influencing each other? Bare this in mind when ordering. Not a big deal because kiwi's tend to be very patient anyhow
