Busy as, but we sat outside and ate what we ordered. Massive feed it went down well. Plenty of room to sit as its a small Maccas. Staff were great

The service of the staff is the only reason I've given a 3star rating. Personally always prompt and polite, food is alright... could work a little more on deep fried holding times. The Asian woman though which I think is a Manager has made and served my coffee a few times throughout this year needs to be trained again in McCafe like for reals. Always watery compared to others. McDaddy get on it!!!!

After being sold a cheeseburger with no meat pattie, the customer service team were quick to remedy the problem.. no complaints here, maccas as you'd expect... they're right 80% of the time 🤷🏽‍♂️😆

Excellent drive through service as it is both fast and easy. The staff are always friendly inside and the food is usually to a very high presentation and standard. One fault of the McDonalds is that it commonly forgets the small things, like sweet and sour sauce. All in all one of my best drive through experiences in the North Island.

Usually these guys are great with fresh food and friendly service. However tonight there were a few errors in our order which is unusual for this outlet. Me and my brother ordered a meal each as we usually do coming back from a groceries run Wednesday night after work. We recieved only one fries between the two meal combos, the Mega mac was only a big mac, and the frozen coke tasted like someone doused it with ajax spray and wipe. We didnt want to turn back in and complain, as we like this outlet and the friendly and capable staff that work there, plus they were quite busy so some mistakes are understandable. Any other time and this would be an easy five stars for me.

Ok so I don't understand how a 24hrs McDonald's doesn't offer a chicken royale or equivalent after 1030pm! That just doesn't make sense! Apart from this strange rule, the staff were good, food was good (except I really wanted that chicken royale) and the coffee was fine although could've been more hot.

Our local McDonalds. The service is generally pretty good. It’s mostly moved to self service since Covid and often only one of the machines works. But most of the time they get the order right and we tend to customise our orders a lot so I appreciate that.

Wait times are super long and parking is really bad. I just wanted to zip into Maccas to get a choc dip in the drive through. I get to the line and see the que hasn't moved for a long while, so I decide it's not worth the wait with 5 cars ahead of me. I try to get out but the parking spaces and drive way are so narrow it's near impossible to turn especially when another car is coming up the driveway. I kept waiting in line for about 30 mins to order

Always really friendly staff, meals come out fast, hot and with your full order in the bag as some takeout places can forget some of your order. Not a big area to eat inside but good for a quick stop in place to eat.

Seemed more interested in filling the Uber orders than the in-store orders. Have been three times and waited a minimum of ten minutes each time and all I ordered was a large quarter pounder combo. Longest wait was nearly 20 minutes!

Stopped here a few times, just sad, the only way out is threw the drive thru. They need bigger space, for people parked in the car park spaces, wanting to get out. Anywho food was over all amazing, everything was presentable, and cooked fresh. Totally recommend, will be going back as per usual.

I have the mcdonald's app. & It does say on the app that the deals are only for a limited time. I wish the app knew when to renew it's deals then, so when you get to a restaurant you wont be denied an app meal. It's usually a reliable takeaway usually. I think, I'm just used to buying my individual meals without the app. So it was kind of a let down that I couldn't use the app deals at the restaurant. Also, have trouble with mcdonalds on Uber aswell. I'm always getting refunded for the food, they forget in my order. Also I haven't told mcdonald's about the other stuff they've forgotten. You get over it after a while. I still eat mcdonald's. I don't know what to do about it's mishappenings even though I like their food! . Rattys - but personally for all restaurants I'd give them all a 2/5.

Went in to order. The place was immaculate and the staff exceptional. A lady came in complaining about a mistake she made with her order. I found her rude and ugly but the csr was very polite and did not lose her cool. As for the kiwi lady, ugly and not necessary

Not so spacious interior . Food is delicious but you have to wait for a long time after ordering to get it. Parking spot is a bit awkward. But the staff members are very good and behave well. The smallest McDonald's I have ever seen. A total of 3 tables! Our food was nice and the staff were good but the place was filthy. Would have been a 5 star rating if these guys swept a floor and wiped a table..

Service is okay. A few of their staff are nice and friendly but most are dismissive or neutral. Ive ordered through uber eats with them and they've gotten my order wrong 3 times. Basic compensation was given. Always check your meals are correct upon leaving as I can understand they get quite busy. I STRESS: Do not drive into the parking lot as you cannot leave without going through the drive thru. There is only one way in and out. If you intend to dine in, park somwhere nearby or across the road. Uber drivers always take the parking outside the front.

It's fine as a McDonald's, there is pretty good service. It is quite annoying, though, that the drive-thru is also the entrance to the parking. This means that if you've parked and want to leave them you have to go through the drive-thru, which can be very slow.

As far as McDonald's go in Hamilton, this is probably the last one I would pick. It's really a drive-thru and nothing more. The food quality is standard, but the seating and parking is essentially non-existent. OK for drive-thru.

A secluded McDs in the Hamilton East area. It is good to know that once you turn into the driveway you are pretty committed to going through the driveway. If there are a lot of vehicles you will be waiting longer than you expect. If driveway is empty prompt service if full you will have a longer wait.

This is probably the smallest Maccas branch I have ever seen. Only a few minutes-drive from the Hamilton Gardens. Indoor sits only 14 people. And yet it has 2 self-order stations, 2 tills and 1 toilet. Outdoor has 3-4 benches, drive-thru and car park for 4 vehicles. A bit of a hassle though when you park at the back and there's a long line at the drive-thru as its a shared driveway. WIm so amused with the branch. Cant imagine how stressed they would be when 3 jampacked tourist buses loaded with hungry tourists decide to stop and have lunch here. To be fair, the service was quite fast and the toilet was clean.

Really tiny McDonald's with hardly any where to sit. If you park in the car park you have to leave through the drive-thru. Went there for breakfast coffee machine wasn't working pretty disappointing .
