Mixed results on the chips. The Angus burgers were delicious and perfect. The customer service from the girl on drive through was EPIC. Told us about options we didn't know about and even showed us on the screen what we could have.

Just inside the service center at Mercer state highway 1. Next to it is a Mobile fuel station. Just a pretty average experience.

Not a very tidy looking wee "food court" if you can call it that. Just a McDonald's and a cafe on the Mcd's side, more takeaways and games which didn't "seem" to be in operation though I didn't fully check them out and other eateries then the petrol station.. as you walk right around the Corner but I didn't venture further than the public toilets. Good toilets however + with ample parking outside. Disabled parking and disabled friendly entrance. Not a wide entrance, just 1 side of a 2 door entryway standing open. Toilets are very clean and the disabled toilet is super large with lots of room to manoeuvre. Standard Mcd's fare without the McCafe tack on. Friendly and competent staff, lacking in smiles but it is a rather boring place to work, so not really a complaint! Its almost like taking a step back in time to the 80's in terms of decor. Otherwise a pretty solid: Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 5/5

One of the more unusual Maccas I have been to. The location in a larger foodhall is quite unnerving, even eerie, when all the other stores are shut. The food and service are exactly what you would expect.

Not gonna lie, I walked in cause the drive thru line was huge. Really good service though. Had to give them a heads up coke was really flat (I wasn't thirsty, so didn't mind). Staff were good about it and offered another drink, girl jumped straight on the issue.

Burgers were pretty much thrown at the wrapping and cheese was over halfway out the burger but after putting it all back together it was just fine. We stopped in here after spending the day in Hampton downs racetrack for an event. The place was very busy as it seems everyone else had the same Idea. The drive through was so full it had spilled onto entranceway to mall carport which made it difficult to get to car park area but once inside McDonald's the staff were working hard and we didn't have to wait too long for out food. Maybe 10min at most. I was disappointed that we weren't able to fill our own drinks though as I like mixing raspberry with coke. Overall easy fix meal went down well

The layout of this mall is rather different inside got lost trying to find the loo and jackets did buy some bacon and sauages man were they good. Only sad thing is the amount of litter scattered around outside. Come on kiwis we can do better.

Toilets were really dirty. I guess it was nearly the end of the day. I reported someone had vomited kn floor in doorway of disabled toilet and so whole area stunk. There was rubbish in toilet room and on floor. I was worried that we would get sick. This was in the food mall area.

We got McFlurries and they were yum but they were just over half way filled with ice cream. The size was disappointing. Otherwise, not a bad McFlurry.

It's a great stop off place for the weary driver. Different places to eat too. McD's is always a good quick eating stop and my grandchildren always enjoy their food. The staff were efficient and also had smiles on their faces haha. The only thing I could wish they had, was a playground area like most McD's have. That's why I gave it a 4 😁.

Pretty consistent for me. Others would disagree.cheese burgers are always fresh and fries always warm and crisp. Pitty McDonald's has cut back in the app deals though. I rarely go now which I guess isn't a bad thing

We had our house robbed over the weekend and the thief used our credit card at this store. I called the owner and they were more than happy to help. They provided us with CCTV footage of the thief which we were able to pass on to the police. They also do a pretty good burger!

Just had a quick breakfast muffin combo on way to Hamilton. Served by the nicest crew member of Maccas for the longest time. Greeted us couple of oldies even before we could decide what to order his name is John. Good stuff

Typical McDonald's experience with relatively quick service and decent food. Free wifi available. Closest fast food option to hampton downs race track. Unfortunately the seating arrangements are rather awkward and not very clean. Bathroom is disgusting - although it is a shared bathroom within the hub of stores in this small complex so not entirely McDonald's responsibility.

Fast friendly service, helpful, there is a mobile fuel station right next door and a very good restaurant across from it ,has a cool bar ! Just off state highway one ,plenty of good parking and grass area out side if you feel the days Perfect for a Mac picnic

A little bit disappointed with the fried items, suck as chips and chicken nuggets. They were either re-fried ones or significantly overcooked. Not bad that we may sit in the car beside the Waikato river when we had our food.

Just a standard McDonald's. New Zealand McDonald's are quite expensive. You know that the food will be safe though. The soft serves are the best of all fast food joints in New Zealand. The only food I come for are the soft serves. Unfortunately the soft serves are more expensive now. Still get them every now and then.
