I'm not much of a fast food person but if I'm in a rush it's convenient. I always ask for extra pickle or similar then you find the burger is freshly made. They certainly did the Covid rules correctly and the staff were extra friendly. Very happy to visit.

Finally a nice clean McDonald's. Food came really fast. Customer service really good. Always someone cleaning something which is nice at these uncertain times. Makes you feel better taking the kids out. The owner happened to be there the same time as us. We had just cleared our rubbish to the bin and the table numbers away. He approached us to thank us for doing that as most people leave the tables a mess and expect staff to do it. He gave the kids a free ice cream to say thanks. That was really nice of him. To us it's only natural to clean as we go. We always teach the kids to be respectful of the workers as they are busy enough. We'll definitely be back. It's worth the drive over for us from Ngatea compared to the McDonald's out these ways.

Staff here are a breath of sunshine, from the chirpy voice out of the drive thru speaker to the young woman asking oh so politely to sight your vaccine pass at the door. This was also the cleanest McDonald's outlet I've ever been to. Coffee was super yum too - can I give it six stars? 😀

Standard McDonalds burgers that was freshly made and crispy chips - Liked it that they checked our Vaccs Pass before allowing us to sit. Four stars as all the unoccupied table were not even wiped - we had to use spare serviettes to clean / disinfect our table.

The new McDonalds that you can see when you go down the State Highway 1. We stopped by to get a quick snack before getting to Hamilton. The place looked quite nice and most of the tables had USB charging ports on them. It was easy to order on the self-ordering boards and get the food delivered to the table. It was a nice pit stop.

One staff member made it a very memorable visit for me, he was very helpful, considerate and professional with excellent time management and customer care skilz I will definitely call in there again if the gentleman is working.

Newly opened Mc Donalds near the BP in Taupiri, on the highway. Nice modern clean, they have low screen registers that recede beneath counter. Ordering is done from the kiosks. The lady at the counter was very helpful making sure everything was ok during my experience.

Handy location just off state hwy 1 north of Hamilton. Have used their drive thru several times. Staff are friendly & provide fast service.

Drive through was a little confusing with all the different gates, pay at one, drinks at the next and food at the next. It would have been okay if we had received clear instructions or if the gates had been manned. After a bit of reversing and waiting we got our order. Food was good and the staff were cheerful.

Incredibly quick ordering time. Seems to be the new 'chic' McDonald's design which is incredibly well planned. Heaps of comfortable seating which makes it look more like a fancy Cafe now. Food is exactly what you expect to get from a McDonald's branch.

It's super clean. Really unexpected. The toilet is possibly the cleanest among those of McDonald's I have been to in my life. I mean it's a very busy restaurant during the holiday period. It really takes some effort to keep it so clean. I see staff cleaning windows, tables while I dine in there.

Left out my coffee and by the time I'd realised I was on the highway with nowhere to turn around tried to find a number to call and there is none. I'll be back later to moan and get a replacement bagel was not wrapped up properly sauce and bacon all through bag and on top of my hotcakes box which was horrible because I'm vegetarian. Went back today and the manager was very polite and professional and replaced the whole meal without any drama. Thank you.

Lovely and clean. The only thing I noted was the hand drier was really really noisy. It hurt my ears when the lady before me used it. Why do they have to be do loud? Health hazard for ears and it concerns me if little children are there as they are more in line with the noise.

There was no option to order at counter which some customers, while I was there, weren't happy about as they weren't the most tech savvy. The toilets were less than diserable, one toilet didn't have the correct seat on it, made for awkward sitting.

Drive through was certainly busy, like insanely busy, but it is Christmas morning. It was great to see something open so the wait wasn't the end of the world. Staff were friendly and polite even considering how overwhelmed being the only food place open for kids for a fair while while people travel with kids between Auckland and Hamilton.

I mean it's Macdonalds , what can you say. Well it's conveniently located next door to the BP. Easy access to the Waikato Express way. You can order your takeaway and be in Auckland or Hamilton in no time. The roundabout next door is a bit narrow , be careful ,I was worried I might hit the edges. The MacDonalds staff were onto it. They are friendly and gave us what we ordered . It was raining as well ,I'm not sure if that makes orders harder to deliver . Quick moving queue through the drive through ,which was a bonus. We'd go back !

Tino pai to mahi, McDonalds Taupiri! Had a subpar burger. I spoke to the manager. She calmly spoke to the kitchen, they talked briefly, the issue was solved, the burger returned fixed and was delicious. What they didn't realise is that I could observe them in the kitchen. They dealt with it in a professional manner, solved the problem with the burger production AND had a good attitude about it. Happy to visit again. Ngā mihinui ngā ringawera!
