Very affordable place, butter chicken is one of the best and prawns we're not overcooked, what rarely can be reached😀 garlic bread was a bit sour, but plain one was good👌👌👌 service is polite and interior here is unexpectedly welcoming and cozy. I even didn't think that Indian restaurant in Frankton would be much better than some in the centre of Hamilton👌👌👌

It was awesome. We sat there and ordered the combo for 2 plus extra rice and finished all of that with delight (and left a bit of a mess behind). The service was great and very accomodating. Thank you!

We enjoyed our meals. The premises are super clean and the staff helpful and respectful. Gives a good view of the best of Delhi.

I ordered butter chicken and plain naan to go, i would say it's really good. My reason for not putting 4 or 5 stars is because.... the sauce was a little runny and the chicken a bit chewy but you may like it that way!

Best Indian food in Hamilton been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Staff are super friendly and always put the customer first as well as getting to know you as a regular service is always fast and efficient and no matter what curry I try I always enjoy it.

Easily the best place to eat Indian food in Hamilton. My family and I having been going here almost weekly for what must be close to 15 years. Food is always great, and some dishes can be adjusted to cater for allergies such as gluten and dairy. Amazing customer service. The owner provides one of the best customer experiences I have had, and has a good memory. Even before I was a regular he was able to remember my last order months apart. Great humour and is generally great to talk to.

Went their a week back. One of the best Indian restaurants i've been to in hamilton. Mr.jay, the cook was the best chef i've acknowledged since a long time being a foodie. He altered the dish and it's spice levels according to my need. The staff in the restaurant seemed to be very professional and hardworking as I noticed. Will definitely organize a family celebration here next time.

This restaurant is the hidden gem of butter chicken in new zealand :) Went their with my family and they really enjoyed their time. The chef was very polite and respectful. Definitely visiting soon!

Two dear Friends and I shared a very enjoyable Dining experience at the New Deli Indian Restaurant situated at Dinsdale. (Near Countdown.) We were seated by a delightful Waitress who was pleasant, obliging and very professional. Spoiled for choice with an array of dishes to chose from a very extensive and varied Menu. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered from Onion Baji Entree's,mouth watering Shrimp, Lamb and Beef Mains. Cheese stuffed Naan was delicious too Unfortunately, no room to try Dessert. Perhaps next time. By far the best Indian restaurant in Hamilton! We have been eating here for 12 years now and we absolutely love their food. The dishes are creamy and indulgent, amazing! The service is also superb. The whole family's favorite eat out.

Consistently amazing service, all staff are very polite and friendly. Quality of food is extraordinary!! I usually get the butter chicken and a garlic cheese naan. Always hot, fresh and flavours are authentic. My partner usually gets Korma which is equally delicious. Really appreciate this restaurant, Dinsdale hidden little gem. Cheers guys! 😃

I would say they are not only good with their food but also awesome with their customer service. Somehow got something which was not of my taste and when I spoke to the chef, he acknowledged it and rectified it. I highly recommend them for their customer service and food quality. Cheers

My husband and i came here supposedly to order takeaway, but we decided to dine in. My husband ordered butter chicken and i ordered Lamb Rogan Josh. It came with one plate of rice (which was enough for us) and we ordered 1 garlic naan bread. Oh my gosh, the food was divine. We both enjoyed our meal. We even had dessert which consisted of Kahlua sponge. That went down a treat. Our waiter was the bomb. First time diners at this restaurant...Defs wont be the last time... Thanks heaps.

My favourite restaurant in Hamilton.Excellent food.Great servive and customer relations..Our extended family have been eating there regularly for over ten years.They cater to our food allergies and will alter dishes to our requirements.

According to me ... The negative reviews over here are trash .... Believe me , you won't regret the indian experience over here ... Do try the butter chicken and if you like more spices do tell them first coz they make it a bit sweet as kiwis don't like the spicy stuff... Haha

This is one of those place you can feel very confident about taking people to - friends, family, the boss even prospective dates ... there's never any need to wonder if the chef might have an 'off night' as in my experience (and I've been visiting for several years now) he never does! All of the food is freshly cooked, authentic to the Indian traditions and the portions are generous. the sizzling platter for two (served as a starter) is delicious and my personal favourite main course has to be the Chetinadu dishes - a wonderful recipe that I've rarely seen elsewhere and never seen equalled. If you haven't ever tried Peshwary Naan as an accompaniment then you have a treat coming to you ... it's stuffed full of fruit and nuts and ... just try it, you'll love it ! The restaurant also offers a take out service and the Lunch Time Specials have to be the bargain of the year! A lot of people seem to get hung up about dining in Hamilton CBD ... to them I'd say New Delhi is the equal of anything in the city and the parking is a whole lot easier :-)

Walked in for takeaways for lunch and was blown away by the service and the food! They went above and beyond for us and were very friendly. Even the baby loved the curry! I will definitely come back.
