Food was great, chips were incredible, perfect amount of sauce (which is rare) late by 15mins because chips weren't ready (most people wont mind having to wait for freah hot chips) Retraining staff on food and hygiene in all pizza stores seems important these days. Where I learnt, using gloves to serve on till and then prep food is a no no and is prevalent in every pizza store I've visited up to this moment. It gets 4 stars for the food and 1 star for hygiene only because of the gloves.

Ordered double value deal yesterday it was super delicious. Great costumer service, delicious pizzas and fresh sides. Friendly stuff member, smily costumers, pizza hut dinsdale has never disappointed us and we are very satisfied thank you guys keep the good work.

Just made an in app delivery order. Wow i always have some really nice tasty cooked pizzas from Dinsdale Pizzahut Chefs and service is always nice but had to come on and say Primo Pizzas tonight guys. The flavors were all there with the perfect balance of Buffalo sauce with the freshness in every bite. From the beginning of ordering to the delivery I was kept updated throughout till my order was delivered to my door. Mixed feelings for this place - sometimes they have great service and the pizzas are delicious and nicely cooked with lots of toppings. Then sometimes they're slow or they've burnt your pizza or not much toppings. Seems to just be random what kind of service you'll get. The place appears to be fairly clean.

Wait times can be excessive management not rude and pizzas are not always the same about of toppings and when pay for extra they only add maybe two bits extra also order cheese pizza (kids) and expect 90% tomato paste

Can i just say the crew working on the 27th of feb saturday night did a great job. The girl taking orders, keeping track of orders, boxing pizzas and the guys in the back making, cutting pizzas and all the sides an extras, what a job!!!! I sat there for 20 mins watching the team moving constantly no time tk even breathe.. its hard work ... well done and thank you for your service

Thanks to the staff member who came and redelivered our order tonight after the Uber driver gave us someone else’s order entirely (vegetarian pizzas) which we won’t eat because we love meat 😂 even when we tried to tell the driver they weren't our pizzas and to give ours he refused (he had 2 orders with him according to the store) 🤦🏻‍♀️ Appreciate the customer service from the Māori Fulla even had our order here in record time when I was expecting there to be a bit of a wait. Top notch service. One thing I can’t understand is though why does a female answer the phone only to have a guy take over the call 😂
