R.Nice hidden spot. Their beef dumplings are amazing. However be careful as it’s too hot!
l.Their stir fry rice stuff are nice, pancake is good. Their noodle is horrible, their pork bum is not home made, I heard chef took the pre purchased bum out of fridge and microwave it, sad. Overall if u order the right dish it’s not too bad but I’m a bit disappointed.
W.A hidden gem at Five Cross Road, Sam's provide a no fuss take on simple and delicious Chinese meals at affordable prices. It is very rare to find such places in Hamilton and we are so happy to find Sam's. We've gone there twice now and the flavours remain consistent both times. They cater well to vegetarians. Our favorites are egg fried rice, stir fried vegetables, oily spicy noodles, and chicken stir fry with rice. My partner also recommend their BBQ steam buns. We definitely felt welcomed and found the place to be very "homely". We will continue to go to Sam's whenever we crave Chinese food. We have started to take our own containers from home because we always order too much and we can take the left overs for lunch the next day. We highly recommend this place.
N.Nice little hidden secret spot. Really relaxed not really overtly Asian formal layout. Casual seating with a lot of space between tables. The food was really filling. I recomend the Sans dumplings and the shrimp wonton noodle soup. I am ADDICTED to and highly RECCOMEND the pan bread. Eaten hot the buttery tastes with the chives inside I ate mostly by myself. (I had to share) The service was quick we were the only ones there. So may be a wait if there are groups or table serving. Fully enjoyed the meal and will be back soon. Thank you.
S.Well worth a visit ..we were impressed and I'm sure you will be as well ..easy parking..friendly prompt service ..tasty and inexpensive authentic northern Chinese food ..now on my regular visit list..recommend trying the Sichuan style dumplings and the Sweet and spicy pork ... Yum !!
e.Beef noodle soup is great they have a really good menu it deserves a lot more 5 stars that just 2!!!!! Fluent Chinese but very respectful
I.Our Favourite hidden eatery they have the best vegetarian Dumplings I have had anywhere All of their food is very delicious and very reasonably priced great place to come with family and friends and the plates are perfect for sharing with others the spring onion flat bread is delicious as well as the Soy Eggs And the Mapo tofu is superb Super friendly service and very tidy place also family friendly highly recommend to everyone .
