This Wendy’s is really trendy, fresh and open. The service is really fast and the food tastes quite fresh. Being a new restaurant has definitely added to the experience and ‘feel’ of this restaurant. Definitely one of the best Wendy’s in New Zealand.

Only burgers I like. Wendy's somehow always seems to make their burgers fresher. Only critique are their chunky fries not so chunky anymore? :) I forgot how big their drinks were, nice on a hot day. If they had a Wendy's close to where i lived I'd eat burgers more.

Always have had the nicest people working in the drive through. However the last occasion decided to dine in, last Sunday, there clearly wasn't enough staff on - while the staff raced around trying to fill the numerous uber orders, the people in front of them were ignored. Its uncomfortable waiting at the counter while servers try to actively avoid your gaze. Once we got our order we watched many people getting visibly upset with this. I would hope management would ensure this wasn't an ongoing problem. Tho we generally get great staff, Customer service fell short on this visit.

Stopped in for lunch last week and all was well until i noticed my drink had ants in it. Looked like some syrup had fallen onto the cup at one point and attracted them. Customer service was good though and they replaced my drink quickly. No hassles, but wont be visiting again for this reason.

Haven't had Wendy's for years it was soooooo good burger and chips were massive couldn't finish it. Lovely staff and fairly clean considering the weather I expected mud puddles inside.

At Wendy's in Franklin Rd Hamilton. The young staff that are on at the moment are absolutely fab. They are running this shift like a well oiled machine. I'm impressed with the professionalism they show. Well done guys this is our first visit to Wendy's in many years and it's not often I see this at any fast food establishments

I see why its never busy, a little suggestion if you have burgers with peri peri sauce in them, maybe add something to the name or description stating that it has spicy sauce and a option to not have it in your Burger. My chicken burger and my partners beef burger both had peri peri sauce so we were both surprised. Still ate them but there was nothing in the menu stating peri peri sauce. I personally wouldn't pick a burger with peri peri sauce

It is located on the corners of Killarney and Greenwood. It's a pretty Wendy's with big windows. The drive through wraps around the window view and you may feel like a fish in a bowl, whether sitting in or using the drive through. However, it's spacious, has a variety of table types, it is clean and a good place to eat. Wendy's appears to have easy access and exits. Lots of parking for customers and easy to keep an eye on your vehicle if you are a tourist or worried (during the day). Peak hours may be a bit scary, so your keep eyes on the traffic flow. You are also bound to find cheap gas on Greenwood. Z was $1.91 at time of writing. If you see cheap gas get it, do not listen to the missus or you will lose the opportunity lol. Killarney connects to Lake cres leading to Pembroke where Waikato hospital is located. If you need a feed, and the Cafe is closed or a bit pricey head to Wendy's via these roads, it's about 8mins by car. Much Longer though if you walk. I like the mates rates, easy feed, easy price.
