R.Kelly and her awesome team go the extra mile to ensure a home away from home experience, nothing is to much trouble, in fact Kelly the owner and her team are so loving, honest and caring, it would have to be one of the best long term venues I have had the pleasure of staying at. Grounds are kept emasculate, rooms are very tidy and clean and comfortable. Venues for dinner breakfast, lunch or tea are on your door step. Thank you Kelly and team for looking after the boys so well this milk season, you and the team hold a special place to me. A. G.We had a last minute decision to stay in Hawera. Place was great, warm, cosy, clean and well presented. After a quick phone call to fit us in, hosts were more than accommodating for our late arrival. Highly recommend the buffet dinner, staff also accommodating to our late arrival and no haste for us to enjoy our dinner.
A. G.I am a regular client here. Reception very good and rooms always clean and tidy. Rooms are quiet and have free WiFi. Shads buffet restaurant provide excellent meals and well priced drinks.

Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable, despite being close to the main road it was really quiet.The staff could not be more helpful.The food at the on site buffet was incredible with something for everyone and at 36 dollars was excellent value.
