Great customer service. The food is great, always cooked nicely. Chips could use more seasoning. Downside; Do not give out plates and cups in drive through, always running out of stock. Do not offer spicy chicken only nibbles but are always running out of those.

KFC is my favorite food but the quality of service depends on who you get. Always check your order before leaving. Asking for extra seasoning on the chips either gets you none, barely any or half a bag of seasoning poured on your chips so they become inedible. No pricing on the website to tell you what items cost, until you check out. Getting expensive for meals and you get less in packs.

Never disappointed everytime we visit. Most times we are waiting for another batch of chicken to be cooked up which takes awhile, but it doesnt bother us because we get piping hot chicken fresh out of the deep fryer.

Modern design and easy parking..its now isolated from the new main highway..that bypasses Huntly, however there are plenty of other food places nearby to choose from, and toilets to break the traveling between Auckland and Hamilton..Huntly KFC has a core group of people who serve you with a smile..something very rare sometimes in rural townships..With a drive in..I often sit nearby at the river to enjoy my drum sticks..tho its weird also watching people use a knife and fork since Covid19 has prompted people not to use their fingers or lick them..Its all a bit PC in my opinion..however KFC is my preference on the road.. still going strong in Huntly..

Excellent service at drive through. Compared to few months ago, think they've let go of the negative Nancy's that worked there last year who always got our order wrong and hired a cheerful bunch. Love their high spirits and great service.

Update@ 17 October 2019 Thank you KFC Huntly for rectifying this issue my family were very happy tonight, I would like to especially thank Mel who is currently in training to become a manager, her mannerism and attention to detail is exactly what it takes to deliver a awesome service within the food and hospitality service! So thank you again for the friendly service tonight💯👌 disappointed with tonight's service after waiting in the drive through for quiet some time I expected to get a fresh batch of chips and chicken, but received burnt chips and over seasoned chicken like there was too much curry or cayenne pepper in it, never tasted the original recipe like that but it was weird. Very slow service tonight guys👎👎👎

Fast service, clean and polite. 1 star off for not splitting the bill exactly in half at the precise amount given, which meant I had to pay a dollar more for the privilege of not needing a calculator like the cashier could do with for $37 /2 Seriously, most 8 year old kids can divide by 2, but a 28 year old cashier can't?

As there were alot & I mean ALOT of customers in store & going thru drive thru yesterday me & my m8 decided to go outside for a cigarette & wait for our order. B4 we had finished our cigarette the Young Maori lady who was so helpful & polite when serving us at front counter brought our order out to us. Nothing like a bit of dirty bird on a road trip. This KFC is exactly what you would hope for. I've never been inside but I've blitzed the drive-thru multiple times. Normally pretty quick and the standard is good.

Our family outing was going well until we got our KFC family pack with no drink cups and no bread rolls. KFC HUNTLY you need to up your game for me such a big let down.

There are good days and there are bad. Ive had times where ive driven home and theres food missing more then once. But i have also had fresh crunchy chicken and very soft steamy bread rolls. Team are good also. Theres one lovely lady shes a maori lady she is very kind, if i knew her name i would give her a very good review. So i rate a 3 for overall experience. Thank you

I live in Auckland where kfc isn't the greatest due to dry chicken but i have to say Huntly have the best kfc i have been to atm. Good customer service, friendly and fast with delicious food i would recommend if andbody outside of Huntly is passing through you stop and check it out.
