As every kfc it has it moments. Not too many have been bad but there's been a few more times than I'd liked where they gave forgotten an item I have swapped out for something else and left me short.

I like this kfc way better than the other one in invercargill. They never forget food so its great. I mean sometimes there's small wee issues with food such as how much salt is used but that happens at every kfc so I'm not mad.

Quick drive thru. But once home less burger and hot rod. Rung up about missing burger but didn't realise hot rot once not there but said once back at KFC and told them but didn't receive but got told there was extra large chips?

Carpark needs to be expanded so crowded could cause a crash if a careless driver. Great customer service. Orders need to be checked properly before given to there customers as I had 3 different orders different days that were wrong #1 3 less chicken #2 No medium pop corn chicken #3 No hot chips all had been taken care of but you don't have to go bk if they did check properly.

Although the staff were great, the food was not that great. Parts of our order was missing and our burgers were roughly put together and completely different to what was ordered. However the staff including the manager was so friendly and apologetic that I have given the 3 stars based on this. We appreciated the fact that the lady taking our order was new and still in training, and their friendly personalities made up for the very average food.

I have always gone to the KFC on North Road until I got sick there. Now I go to KFC Ellis Road chicken is delicious and tender and the staff is the best. Jeep up the good work.

I went through South City drive through last night around 6:30pm, NOT HAPPY, I seen my order being checked, didn't have time to check myself, when I got home not all my order was there, I feed a family of 5 so it's not cheap, plus we live in the country so we just can't 'pop' back in. ☹️

Came in on the last few minutes of the store being open as i work late shifts. Had the most lovely woman serve me and my partner, I believe her name was Nadine. She was so patient and friendly when receiving our order. Definitely boosted me and my partners mood.

A typical KFC, with the usual menus and service. If you catch them at the right time, your order can be served extremely quickly. However, at peak times it can be often crowded and loud, more suitable for a takeaway. Facilities are usually cleaned, presentation of the store is mostly tidy and usable. Also at busy times, the store can be understaffed, and things can happen very slowly. Nonetheless, the food and sides are good for a quick bite that isn't too soaked in oil.

My favourite fast-food. Easy to locate but sometimes it's not easy to parking due to drive-thru queue. Friendly service but the front house people have to do everything, register the order and pick the food while you wait. Great food.

This franchise is really inconsistent. Sometimes they have it nice and hot, fast and with lots of seasoning on the chips, but this time they weren't very nice and they were slooooooooooow. Customers lined up out the door and only 1 till open.

The food was pretty standard but they put they mixed up the packaging for zinger burgers and the regular burger. As a result, the burgers meant for the children were too hot for them and they wouldn't eat them.

The Shop Invercargill Avenal is so bad in service that after 5 minutes waiting for service and asking the drive through attendant ('she just has to serve another customer than she come to you") we went to the south branch. Fast and friendly service. Food quality as usual.

Good food.. nice place to have the extreme KFC chicken. The only problem is that you have to wait for a long time to place your order. I have waited for more than 30 minutes to place the order. That's the main issue with KFC. If you can wait, you can go for KFC ;)
