b.I only went in this time for a coffee but service was quick. The shop was clean and seating options were limited as per covid 19 regulations.
I have been here many times and never had any issues with food presentation or cleanliness of the store.
R.Ok, not my usual choice of food but friends wanted to meet here, so wrap was ok. Some healthy choices which is good but guess not choice of most people who eat here.

M.I found this place to be disgusting. I also spoke with the over all manager and pointed out to him the disgusting filthyness of the restaurant, and also the windows. The whole overall establishment was disgraceful and I would never go back. Even the coffee had a burnt flavor. Bad training. However, I will say that he obviously took on board what I was saying, as he instantly got staff into cleaning both the restaurant and also the windows. But still NOT good enough 😕😔😞 I will never visit there again. Cheers Milton

K.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy dining area, just a little problem with the ordering machine as the first one kept freezing up as I was adding the last part of my order so cancelled order on that machine and moved to the next machine and when I had actually finished my order it came up on screen that it has printer problems. These machines need to be looked at please.
E.The food is good and everything is sometimes not as we hope the meat was like a soil of shoe and the milkshake was weird but it is food but good is not exceptional. The lady who was cleaner was really friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean on the tables, emptied garbage, the floor was clean as well as the toilet, it was almost like enough to eat, in a long way, the custom sandwiches have been respected but this one arrived at warm, really damage for a fast food. After that remains better than some other burger chains or hygiene is more than doubtful. For those who are passing is ok but on the long term no.

C.Everything is good apart from the cappuccino I order with 3 sugars and cinemon, tasted more like no sugars, had to put sugar in when I got home, and this is majority of the time I ask for it.
R.They have tasty bannana milkshake (not always) and don't bring napkins with orders in the cafe.
C.Food was alright, wasn't squished and was cheap for it's price, the floor around tables was very messy though, someone could've cleaned that up, at least the service was fast. About a minute after we ordered we got exactly what we wanted which is great.
J.Great, fast service however there are sometimes issues with scanning the app barcodes on a couple of the kiosks
F.Also a McDonald's like every McDonald's else, with this big difference, this is the most southern McDonald's in the world.
T.Watched the McCafe lady making my hot chocolate, put marshmallows in and then take them out again along with all the froth. I asked her to make it again and she said oh is it an allergy thing. No it's a customer service thing. I asked for no marshmallows, it came up on the screen at the order box correctly. No froth in final product when I got new one so am assuming they parked me round the corner do they could pretend to make it again and give me the one she'd already made. Or do we not get froth anymore?
T.Great team. The Mc Cafe has consistently great Coffee and Mochas
Love the vibe. The morning crew take the piss out of each other and have a good time. Great to see 👍😁

R.I find the McCafe staff fairly consistent with their coffees and hot chocolates. Could do to communicate with customers in the drive thru better regarding which window they're to go to once they've ordered but overall not complaints.
j.Nice and fast, ASK FOR BUNS STEAMED WELL WORTH THE WAIT AND FREE TO HAVE BUNS STEAMES, doing so makes the burgers fresher and taste better

J.Stopped past last night for a couple of big macs and some meat patties for my dog. Had some of the best ever service from any McDonalds throughout NZ. The young lass on the drive through was an absolute darling and had me in stitches talking about her Nanas wee dog. Can't remember her name Beky or Rebekah, sorry my eyesight wasn't as good as it should have been but she was hilarious. All the staff i could see through the window were happy and seemed to be having a great time. Must be an awesome place to work and it really showed with the fabulous service I received. Thanks guys i definitely will be back.

M.My orders tend to sadly not get extra sauce when requested, and the wait times can be a little slow sometimes but the customer service is usually good.

J.My wee boy and his friends loves this place. We ordered Kiddie meal for the 3 kids [2 girls and my boy] the lady in the counter asked us what tous for boy or girl...unfortunately it came with all girls shopkiens toys... i went to tell the staff but told us they ran out of toys for boys. Sadly as a parent of a busy boy i don't like to give my 2 year d a pink girly furniture toy...but it seems he doesn't bother about it and still play with it..so that's fine...my point is with regards to giving quality customer service thinhs as small as this should be taken care of.
L.I buy my coffees here, staff are friendly and know how to make a good coffee. Did buy a soft serve once and wasn't impressed by the size at all, smallest I have seen.
H.Food is prepared with love. I live in Auckland & no love at all is put into the food prep at most Macas up here. Invas would be one of the best I've had Macas from. The only fault I have with Macas in Invas South is they're a bit slow.
I.Always good coffee and service, appreciate the gold card discount.

T.I've been many times and it's always a good experience but I went recently and one of the barrister workers gave me and my family the evils and pulled the finger.
