K.Very prompt service and the food was decent though nuggets possibly could have been a titch crispier. Toilets were clean and there was a staff member stationed right in the door scanning vaccine passes so from a covid standpoint it felt like a very safe place to be stopping for dinner.
T.Cycle park appreciated. Vaccine pass, scanning, kiosk ordering and masks required. Very clean. Few diners. Our food met our expectations. No negatives. It's just a weird time with covid.
T.It seems like it depends on what time you come depends on how warm your food is, I had one time where the chips were fresh and the buns and patty were nice and warm, but other times not so much. A better consistency would be nice.

J.Me and my wee boy loves this place especially the play area. As a parent of a busy active toddler like my son... having coffee break or dine in experience is quite impossible if you've kids around...with Maccas ay area parents like me have time for myself for a cup of coffee...enjoy burger and chips while he's busy playing at the same time enjoying.

U.Relatively quick service, atmosphere has improved greatly. Looks clean and modern. Well, modern for a fast food restaurant. I still recommend the South City location, but both places are good.

B.Unusually slow service food was coldish by the time I got to the service window. Only spied the one staff member total (she took the money and delivered food appeared to be working both windows) To her credit she did appear to be putting her best foot forward
Easily the least satisfactory visit to the Golden arches I have had.
B.I'm pretty sure that this is the cleanest McDonald's in New Zealand. And even with less than half the staff than bk, the service is 2000% better
F.It was really good very good customer service only let down was after 10pm if your inside the restaurant you cannot order anything..my son went up to the counter to order a drink only to be told sorry the counter register is closed you have to go through the drive through 🤦♀️🤦♀️

M.Can't expect much from a fast food chain but if a little more care to make sure the lettuce in evenly place and not half out of the burger with the Mayo I understand that being a corporate owned and operated business that employees feel less satisfied with their job and that usally comes from power hungry management in a to many Indians not enough chiefs scenario

G.My neighbour and myself were on meals on wheels delivery service and finished across the road from McDonald's so we decided to have a hamburger and coffee. We both ordered a chicken burger and it was on our table as quick as. It was beautiful as was the coffee.
Reasonably priced as well.
Service. At the counter where we ordered it was noisy, possibly cooking machinery behind where the staff took the orders. The girl who took our order was too quietly spoken for us with all that noise, we had to ask her to repeat everything. Maybe, as well, our hearing is not all that good as we are 70+.
Staff who delivered meals checked a few times to make sure all was well.
Place clean and friendly. No other complaints. Will we go back. YES.

M.Classic McDonald's, food can be good or bad depending on the day my last visit McChicken was nice and fresh, hash browns were cold. Nothing worse than cold potato. Good playground for kids.

C.The playground is not the safest, I myself don't like how high it is as another wee girl that was there just before us went down the blue slide and broke her nose and there's only a slide for little ones to play on, nothing else, like my son is 4 but no way would I let him play on the rest of the playground. I myself don't like it
K.Quick response at drive thru, super friendly. Rather than asking after each individual order "is that all for today?", perhaps upselling is a more positive suggestion.

J.Went there last night after midnight and the place was very busy. Was super impressed with the lovely security man on the door. Big smile and opened up the door for everyone. What an awesome guy and a great welcome. Even though the staff where super busy they were very efficient, friendly and polite. Definitely impressed me and i have to say the service was so much better than Queenstown. Well done guys.

R.The coffe was OK but they need to sort their entrance-exit strategy. They have customers using the same entrance so distancing is very difficult. Should have the Cafe St door as the exit.
I.Interesting entrance, a little confusing with the drive thru. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Large children's playground and ample seating. Large coffee is amazing, staff very friendly but food was cold 😖

R.McDonald's is an older fast food restaurant, the food is what you expect fast hot and cheap, the restaurant itself is starting to show its age, looking tired and well used. Yes its clean and provides somewhere to sit and eat but the seats are scuffed and floor well trodden through well use.

D.A great place to retire to in the early evening after a meeting etc. Staff can appear a trifle "aloof" at times but the coffee/chocolate is a constant and acceptable standard. In the early evening the public area can be untidy sometimes but in saying this, quite a crowd can descend with little warning so staff are stretched to cater in a timely manner. We'll deserving of a four star rating.

D.Staff seemed so busy with drive through and self ordering I had to wait 8 minutes before having my order taken. Just so pleased my Strawberry Indulgent Thick Shake was so bloody delicious
A.I got a large big mac combo, chicken mcneese on it's own and some new sundae... $19 😮 and no fries shaker as they were out. No longer a quick, cheap feed...may as well go to a restaurant for that price!

A.In a town with not a lot of mid morning cafe choices, you can't go wrong with Maccas. And this is one of the far better ones. When all else fails, you can't go wrong here.
A.Mcdonalds has fast service inside and outside in the drive through. All food that ive gotten from here has been great and i definetly suggest the mcbites.
