Have always had good food for me and when things have been forgotten a quick call gets me sorted out but I gotta know what's up with the no eggs as an added extra!! Boss burger with an egg is my fave but I have been told on 4 different occasions no eggs after 3 different times once none after 4pm then 3pm then 11 am what's up??

Kaitaia has to be one of my favorite maccaz, always ALWAYS! I've received my order and the chips are freshly cooked and not luke warm and stale, plus the burger cheese is always melted and not gone hard and stale buns like other maccas that give out old cheeseburgers and mud chips.

Today at about 12 noon we stopped in to buy a 1/4 pounder. It was the hottest, juiciest, tastiest burger that I’ve bought from Kaitaia in so long I can’t remember.

I really enjoyed being served by a beautiful young lady I think her name was coza or something similar. She was such a sweet lady when I was served by her. Her customer service was perfect. I was in such a bad head space at that time but she definitely changed my vibe. Hope to be serve by people like her I really enjoyed her uplifting spirits and aura

Not bad, typical of a fast food outlet, busy but not lot of hygeine practice, no gloves no hair nets etc, didn't see any handwashing between customers and yes there was plenty of time.

Great drive thru service. So quick and clear communication. I've had McDonald's in Malaysia, Hawaii, Thailand. All around NZ. This is the best McDonald's ive ever had. Fries taste like potato not oil they are not over salted either. Big mac was perfect. Freshly made and so quick and tasty. Yum. And the fanta...omg. took me back to my 1st time having fanta. Cant tell you how many times soft drinks are dont incorrectly. This had the right orange fanta flavor and fizzy and ice. I love the Kia Ora when taking the order. Everything was on point. AND it was late night. Totally worth 5 stars. Well done.

Was up there on a road trip and decided to get the ol' reliable feed. The guy who served me was cheerful, spoke well and used the word 'bro' in the best kiwi way. He also had a good sense of humor which was a pleasant surprise. The place was neat and tidy as well. I wouldn't usually review Maccas but this one stood out so why not.

Stopped here after visiting Rerenga Wairua. Was 8am on a Sunday not too busy. Place is right next to Paknsave heaps of parking and a drive through. We are in, plenty of tables. Friendly service from main counter and cafe staff. More attention needs to be paid to keeping the dining area clean and tidy although this seems to be a common theme across all the McDonalds restaurants. Hotcakes, bacon egg muffin and NYC bagel were all on par with McDonalds standard. Soy latte was average.

Everytime myself my family and my partner come here is always a warm welcoming and serve always on time. Although everytime I ask for a Moccachino with full cream for the morning it ceems the mix is always left at the bottom and I can never taste the richness of the cream. Would of been a 5 star if it werent for the lack of coffees.

It's McDonald's, a nice place to have a meal any time of the day. I got 1 chicken & bacon muffin and 1 n.y.c Benedict bagel + a large hokey pokey shake & they were all enjoyable.

Surpurb service, I ordered one Big Mac, and got another one for free, I'm a bit suspicious about the lettuce, it was black but my stale chips helped eliminate the taste of the rotten Big Mac as well as my drink which tasted like water when it was meant to taste like coke, I'm also suspicious when I pulled up to get my Mc Donlads, they handed me the wrong change, they gave me $12 instead of $2 so my meal was practically free. Keep this up and I'll be there everyday day for my free feed.
