Yes good to get a good size cup of coffee with gold card @ $2. Muffins are also good value, but need a better selection, eg, Savoury muffins would go down well, and savoury or date scones, with butter to spread on them would be most welcome.

Hit & miss depending on whose on shift. I appreciate the mature staff! Def check your order at the window -saves inconvenience & disappointment! It's better than being that belligerent local whose face they'll remember.

Cold food on a quiet day, 2/3 recent orders wrong. Stare at you like you've done something wrong waiting for their attention to tell them such. Clearly don't give a toss.

I was really impressed with a lady supervisor, her interaction with the staff was really special and she lead by example conciddering she had been there with McDonald's for 10 + yrs she had such a positive approach to her job.

We hardly do takeaways but went to go for fish'n'chips "closed" went for Pizza Hutt doors were opened then was told sorry not doing orders so made our way home went past Dolmio Pizza cause partner don't like Dolmio Pizza, so he sais' how about McDonald's well why not, got there and found there was a big line plus also behind us but l tell you it was worth the wait as the line went through pretty fast l was so happy we finally got something to eat after a hard days work. The best fast food restaurant I've been to ever! The cashier not only takes your order but when the order is ready, she brings it to you. Amazing service with a clear indication that she and her staff are popular with the locals. Only one thing that I noticed, the rubbish bin inside wasn't cleared and you could smell the trash when you walked past it.

A nicely revamped buulding with better consideration for the locals and visitors than the previous one. Can't comment too much on the service due to orders predominantly being done on the click and pay stations lining the entrance way. Toilets were tidy, tables were clean as we ate inside.

Great experience both times at Kerikeri even though they were really busy! Friendly staff who clearly enjoy what they do, really unusual compared to other McDonalds. Food wasn't the fastest but that's understandable given how busy they were, but it was served hot.

Totally disappointed with 'double shot long black coffee' today - no joy - like a cup of instant coffee (little taste, no 'oil slick' whatsoever). Disgusted... (If I hadn't bought as takeout, it would've been given back). Standard McD's menu - good range of fast foods. Friendly helpful staff. Great playground for children... Clean facilities (and toilets). Some outside seating too. Heaps of car parking on site and nearby. Right next to brilliant child's outdoor play area at local park (to rear of carparking). Public toilets and Library 150m away (Cobham Road).

This Maccers has a good place in my heart. I have many memories of this place, It's Giant Play Area, The food and the service. It has changed through the years (for the better) for example you can self-order, The toilets and play area are cleaner and the drive-through's mic and speaker are better quality. Oh and no I have found nothing disgusting in the food.
